I sent in my first entry. I really thought I wouldn't be able to think of a good idea but inspiration hit me. I'm very pleased with my entry. I can't wait to see what everyone else thinks up.

Some of the pets just don't have a sad-after-a-zap image. I'm always surprised when mine do to be honest. Grasse_ being a less common colour they're one of the many whose artwork never got drawn I guess. The ray is fired at Burfin... ... and he gains 2 defence points!!!! Whoa... did it actually work? Sure looks like it. Your Petpet has been transformed. Imagine that. CUTE!!!

Hello! I have been playing Neopets for over 16 years. Amazingly I was able to get back into my account. I haven't been on in a very very long time. Decided to check in and made my daughter her own account. Many many years ago I actually used to help out here on TDN. I helped run the ALP and wrote a few game guides! Excited to be back on Neopets and back here on TDN! I was a little surprised when I logged in and saw that there is only like 6 games to play currently. I sure hope they get the others up and running soon. Can't do much with only 6 games - Ashley

He's home! Unfortunately both Moth and Ray (my sibling's dog that also lives with us) are treating him like a stranger. Probably because he smells different and is wearing this big blue cone that he keeps trying to get off. That shouldn't last too long. For now it's actually useful because He and Moth have mutual grooming sessions often that can get rough. We were preparing to have to keep them separate but they are doing it for us. He has several medications we have to give him and a special food to eat for the next few weeks to give his intestines a break.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. You will be happy to hear that he should be ready to come home tomorrow morning. Surgery was needed, and the description of the blockage matches the toy that hung from the cat tree we got them over the summer. It went missing a while ago after they tore the string it was on. There was bruising indicating this wasn't something he had recently swallowed. Poor guy. He must have been in so much pain I pledge to be vigilant about removing damaged cat toys from now on. Going to search the house tomorrow before he gets back. We've been told that if he hadn't been brought in, he would have died within the week. Moth doesn't eat things in the same way, thankfully. Now to get some much needed rest.

Today has been a productive day in my avatar collection quest: I was never a big Battledome player so that's why I hadn't gotten this one yet. Ooh, Jubjubs are cute and fluffy... I find them a bit difficult to dress, however. This round will be interesting, I look forward to seeing what people come up with!

Finally remembered to allow my pets to leave the Neolodge! And found another cheap easy one to grab! And another one! I really hadn't realised I'd missed so many of these quick ones: And not quite as cheap, but I don't have the plushie for my gallery anyway!

Well this was not as painful as I thought it was going to be. Took me about 30 minutes.

You might also want to consider what prizes you're after; if you want to train or make a profit, Koi Warrior drops a lot of codestones. I battle with weapons, no defence items and trained so I could get Lens Flare with faerie abilities which gives you one go where your opponent does nothing; very useful! Now I'm at the point where I have two goes like that so i can win pretty easily.

I'm definitely not an expert, I only started doing BD during the Wraith Resurgence event. Some of the weapons I use aren't buyable I believe, as they're from that plot. But my main used weapons that are buyable are Yooyu Knuckle Duster and Turned Tooth. I also have Patched Magic Hat and Greater Healing Scroll but to be honest I don't use them really. My battle pet's stats aren't super super high. She's level 74 at the moment. I recommend getting to at least level 50 because then you can train a really valuable battledome ability that completely blocks the enemy's moves for one turn (there will be guides on that). Random dailies add to her stats, and I use Faerie Quest Fortune Cookies from the NC Mall and try to make sure that she is always my active pet so she gets the rewards from the faeries which are almost always stats based. When you're training, don't worry about movement/agility. As far as I know it has no effect on results. Endurance (hit points), attack and defence will be what makes a difference. I've never battled another player. I started with Donny as I often got fairly valuable Neggs or decently rare items. Once you get your stats up, look into how to get the Koi Warrior as an opponent. That is mostly all I play now, to get as many red codestones as possible to sell. Again I'm not an expert at all but hope this helps a bit! Oh and I use Dewberry Revivers in between battles when needed for complete healing (I collect cheap direct from Healing Springs)! But look up which potion you need based on what HP your pet has!

Also, practice with One Player Battles first before doing 2P battles, at least you don't have another human's thinking to worry about. One little note: Stealing hasn't been fixed yet so don't even bother trying to figure that out. A good opponent would be Mr. Chuckles or ChiaClown. For the Faerie abilities (They are very!
