Krawks have been sort of on my want list forEVER now. I've got all the permissible sides (boo. I want more, haha) and was browsing lost and pound this morning. Within the past 24 hours someone abandoned a pirate krawk with a good name. Yes! I now have myself the krawk I've been wanting for YEARS, and didn't have to pay a ridiculous amount for her Now to find a paintbrush. Of course I've also gotten a ton of other pets from there recently. I can't believe how many nicely painted pets get ditched. I've even seen a few with the more expensive paint jobs like eventide in there.

I forgot to say it, the other day. But, thank you! (Heartfelt Thank You) Thank you, for putting this event into prospective for me. When I heard about the "Sticky Snowball" bring "nerfed", I was a bit upset, at first. However, your comments on this "board" made me realize that it was my fault for buying the "Sticky Snowballs" (actually, me being lazy, thinking CC would be easier/wouldn't have to work as much), it was "par for the course" (JS/TNT, usually making a mess of things), and it wasn't that big of a deal. To be honest, I really only do CC for the avatar, and, possible trophy. The other things (perks, donate 5, get 1 back, etc), are just a bonus. CC seems to have never been the same event, twice. So, the way JS/TNT handled things wasn't great, but we all make mistakes. I do believe they need better communication with us, and it needs to be on Neopets (not some other Q&A on another platform). But, all I really care about, in the end, is that Neopets is still with us. I still enjoy being on the site.

I finally hit my bank goal - by not spending np on ridiculous HTS items, strange how that works - so decided to splurge a bit!! Next goal; either a Nightsteed or a Royal Faerie cross for my Kougra!!

Well, there is still the end of the year to consider, or, more to the point, then end of Flash, at the end of the year. If, "much" stuff still isn't converted, and AFAIK, you still can't earn NP from the 25 or so converted games, it could be worse, IMHO. And, every Charity Corner Event, so far, has been a mess, so, I guess, it's "normal". I mean, it wouldn't be a Charity Corner Event if something didn't go wrong. But, to be on the positive side, the Halloween "Trick-Or-Treat" bags, as long as they do them, are something to look forward to, along with the Advent Calendar. Those seem to be stable.

Apparently I had to add } img { float:left; display:inline-block; margin:0; } to the CSS and it worked like a charm. I didn't even know about this and was always using hspace/vspace but Neopets doesn't like hspace/vspace cause when I added it and saved the page, it wasn't there in the coding. Hope this helps out other people if they too are having issues with wrapping text around an image and want the text to start from the top of the image.

Seconding the Kadoatery trophy! I think the faves I have are: Caves and Corridors and Crisis Courier

I may be a bit biased cause it's on my lookup, but I really like the Meerca Chase II gold trophy. Very shiny and simple.

That is a Brilliant Sun and Moon Potion. It was given as a final prize for those who participated on Team Moon in the Sun Vs. Moon Games Master Challenge back in 2013. It increases your Neopet's intelligence by 7 points if used. Here's its Not So Brilliant counterpart that was given to Team Sun, which is more darker and cloudier in appearance and increases your Neopet's intelligence by 2.

I have 3 Hue Brew Potions ; Dyeworks Hue Brew Potion, Dyeworks Celebration Hue Brew Potion and Festive Dyeworks Hue Brew Potion. I basically want to get rid of them cause I have no use for them but not sure if anyone wants them. I have 21 GBs, so sending them over isn't a problem. Im guessing that I can ask for something that is equal to the price of a regular Hue Brew Potion, which is 125NC and the only item really worth it to me is the Lay Ray fortune cookie. So if anyone is willing and able to trade at least the basic HB potion for a Lab Ray cookie that would be great!

Item prices always go down as more of them flood the market. Buying them in the beginning of an event is never really smart, even if the amount of points it cost to get one had stayed the same. As for the points needed to buy from the prize shop, they said they will return the difference. Give them some time to sort that all out. And maybe in the future wait with getting things from the shop until the end of the event? The Sticky Snowball situation is annoying for sure but I can't really blame them as it was obviously being abused. You can't say the event hadn't changed in years as it basically did every year. They kept on changing things and tweaking things over the years. In the beginning (I didn't participate back then) I heard you received a random item in the same rarity as items donated, plus you were only allowed to donate in a specific category. A few years ago (I believe 2 years) they switched it up again and went to donate whatever and get perks. The perks gave coding headaches so to focus on transferring away from flash they decided to go with items this year. Maybe, when the conversion is done, they'll have time again to look more closely to the perk coding and go back to those as rewards. And they don't always need to give us reasons why they do things the way they do it. Sure communication is important but I'm pretty sure they do think about things and don't just change things up without a reason. Change is always annoying, not just for players but also for them (coders). I'm glad they did give us some information about the why but in my opinion it's not a mandatory thing they NEED to do. The bugs that are happening now are annoying but I'm sure they will be fixed and they're probably caused by the changes made mid-event. I'm not going to say anything about the capsules as I'm not interested in those anyway so I have no clue what's wrong with them. I've heard the chance of getting something nice is way too low and if they're non trade-able I can see that can be really annoying. Maybe they'll change that too? Who knows, I hope so for all the people that do like items from the capsules.
