We are waitin for a theme update/hot fix to fix this issue. 

In the mean time, there is another theme you can use if you scroll down to the very bottom of the page, click Theme, and change it to Invision. It's certainly not as nice but I'll see if I can spruce it up a bit lol

As of sometime around 6:00 AM NST or later, every page on Neopets loads up with a blank white screen. Rogue Meepits, StackPath-related troubles, or just a technical hiccup this morning?

People elsewhere have reported that players have been getting this error when they visit Neopets within the last hour:

Error 543

The origin web server is not available

I was on the verge to visit the Lab Ray and do my usual dailies, but that will unfortunately have to wait.

A lot of people are currently having issues accessing the NC Mall. The page isn't responding or only partially loading.

Right when I was about to do my dailies while fighting through the midnight lag, Neopets decided to enter maintenance mode by surprise around 12:40 AM NST without announcing beforehand.

EDIT: Site's back up as of 12:50 AM NST, but the midnight lag still lingers especially on Trudy's Surprise.

Is anyone else having this error happen?  I've clicked log in on the bank screen and it doesn't do anything, almost like I'm just clicking a random part of the screen, but I am seeing this on the omelette.  It shows my username/active pet, but says I have to be logged in to play.

Anyone else not recieving their advent calender prizes for the last 2 days, either by the auto-gifter or visiting the calender itself (even if you visit it when the auto-gifter is active) and then only getting the premium prize?

I've been visiting the calendar daily and I've gotten the prizes daily.

Update: (couldn't see how I could update my reply so I'm doing it this way) I just got the advent prizes of today and yesterday as well so I assume it was just a glitch/bug of some kind. But now I got the 2 premium prizes again, which I already did get by visiting the calender. Should I discard those? I don't want to be unfair to others.

Yesterday was day 10 and we were suppose to get an extra item for the 5 day streak. I did not get anything extra. I did send in a ticket. So far I have only received a generic reply. No extra gift.  I am really disappointed with the prizes given out this year at the stocking stufftacular.  Still time to get something great.
