The Altador Cup has come to an end and Haunted Woods, Virtupets and Moltara take top spots this year. All participants can head to the prize shop now!

I'm kind of disappointed in the prizes this year...not gonna lie. Maybe this is part of TNT's plan to thwart cheaters - lackluster prizes decrease the incentive to overperform...

Had enough to buy the book so I'm fine with that. After seeing the stamp I wish I'd spent a little more time getting points but getting Rank 1 was tiring enough (I can't imagine the patience people have to get All-Star)

Didn't think about the stamp either....played every day too but it still wasn't enough and only ended up with 2000 points. I played a lot, it would have literally taken hours of daily dedicated time to get thousands of points. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Ended up with 16700 points for getting to All-Star. I'm proud of myself; I never expected to get that far. :)

man, its really sad how the prizes for an event that takes WEEKS to get is inferior to something I could just buy for a couple of bucks :/ can't they bother to spend the same amount of time and effort on AC items as they do for a new NC item that comes out every other day? I mean its a once a year event. I hate being that one negative person who complains about the AC but It just bothers me, sorry.

I agree, I got 1356 points for Rank 3, barely enough to buy all of the shields for my gallery (plus an extra Roo Island one for my Gelert). Besides the shields, I'll have to stick to the cheap stuff, unfortunately.

Got 16k points - proud of myself for getting All-Star (it took a lot less time/effort than I expected!) and pleased with my gold trophy, but...the prizes themselves are kinda underwhelming. Oh well! The stamp is nice!

Well, I'm sue not mad that I didn't play at all. I have 0 points and in all fairness, none of the prizes make me regret it.

I got all my stuff right after it came out, and I had clicked the free thing, and it wasn't in my inventory. I should've known it would be glitchy. Or maybe I'm just stupid, and it wasn't an item or something?

Ended with 23,551 prize points after hitting rank 25. So close to getting that Yooyu! Maybe next year I'll be able to get the top prize. Going to wait a while before spending my prize points and potentially and very likely, forgetting about them until next year :P. Hopefully those shields are wearable by ALL pets and colors so that my Mara Draik can have a shield with her trident.

I really like the background for 19,000 points but alas all-star only gave me 16044, which is otherwise enough to get just about everything below that that I want. The yooyu eyes look a little creepy...but on the other hand wearable team shields! That's definitely a step up from what they usually put in those slots.

This was the first year I tried to get a higher level and I finished with 14. And I'm disappointed with the prizes. I'm going to take the book and the stamp but nothing more appeals to me :(

I got 1,202 points for reaching Rank 3. I might get the books, but I don't know what else I want.

 

The "Unsettling Fan Made Artwork of Lyvon Cibaire" is pretty funny though. :P

I definitely like some of the prizes. The yooyu (top prize!) is cute, the background is really nice-looking, and I love the yooyu eyes. And the infectious smile and the fan art? I can't stop laughing. I don't know, I kind of wish they'd gotten more mid-range stuff. A book in the mid-range (2,000 points or so) instead of just one that's worth about twenty minutes of SOSD on a bye day. A good Battledome weapon. I really do like all the little stuff and the big stuff, though!

 

The yooyu eyes can be a lot more unsettling than the fan art, though.

I liked it that there are lots of wearables! Probably gonna spend my humble 900-something points on those :)

Disappointed there are no good BD prizes this year...but at least there are lots of wearables. Wow, and still not enough for a Yooyu (not that I want one). Ew, gonna have to get up to TDN Rank 30 or higher if I want a Yooyu next year. I hope then, that they lower the required amount of points or lower the caps even more...I can't take playing for days on end for an entire month. ;^;

I ended up with 17,380 points. I am still thinking of what to buy, but I'll probably go with the stamp and the yooyu eyes and just buy the rest of the little stuff from shops later on.

 

The one thing that I really like is the trophy, though. It's looking like the trophy color is based on the player's rank achieved during the cup, regardless of the team ranking (Meridell was 9th, but I still got a gold trophy from reaching All-Star).

Not really crazy about any of the prizes besides the book as I collect them. But that Meridell shield does look great on my Hissi knight, so I can't complain too much.

I personally like the prizes... I like that there are a lot of affordable wearables that are actually quite nice and not completely ridiculous. As Rank 12, I made 7,466 points and for now I got 1 stamp, 2 books and a few wearables. I think I'm pretty much gonna spend the rest on other wearables.
