Thanks everyone this is officially closed. Got my project finished last night. It will be a few weeks before I get the results since I turned it in a week early so I can enjoy my vacation homework free.  

Hello friends,

  I am working on my final presentation for school.

I was wondering if anyone could do a 10 question survey from a safe school approved website called surveymonkey. Average completion time is about 1 minute. Its pretty easy. 

It is set to anonymous, so it wont ask for any personal information. 

Its about food and feelings.  Just 10 questions on feelings and food.

As soon as it is complete the results will automatically be sent to me.

Survey complete! I hope your final project turns out well! I remember having to do something similar for a dreadful 7:30am statistics class my first year at university. Suffice it to say I did not major in math!
