It is neither a glitch or your computer, it is Neopets induced and what it IS is flipping annoying lol. Especially when their instructions for enabling are so out of date.

Oh wow, have to rack my brain for that because I've been slowly accumulating them for around 14 months. I got most directly from the Collectable Coins shop, but had to buy the Large Black and Day & Night plus a couple of other rarer ones from other users. Probably around 53 - 54 million all up.

It's supposed to be an explorer outfit so I think the hat is a prettied up pith/safari helmet (30's or 40's maybe?) and I guess the hair fits the explorer theme - but the frilly dress??
