Looks like the luck's spreading to all of us here.

It was a position testing a digital document acceptance system at IBM. Kinda uneventful, but it paid well, so I'm happy for that.
I feel ya - I was hoping to get back to university this year but with the pandemic going on I'm not sure how that'll work out 😅

Heh, yeah, we'll see how it goes. I was hoping to do a summer semester but I'm kind of doubting that that will be likely. Yay kitties!

Hey, hello again! Hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you back for real.

I think I posted a year or so ago that I was back after a long hiatus. Well, my computer didn't work then so that lasted about a week. 😅 This time, I have a functional computer, and I've actually been playing for a month-ish, so I'm back FOR REAL. 🙂

This was a nice surprise from the Wheel of Knowledge today.

Besides Angelo's theory, there really isn't much confirmed. I think it's just luck for the most part.
I place about 7 wishes per day, 21 NP each (as that's the minimum you can wish in order to win) and I've had about 20 wishes granted since, oh, 2015 or so? I haven't been keeping track. I generally wish for what's most valuable at the time until its price drops and I wish for a new item instead.
I can only really place 7 per day because my timezone usually makes it so I can only get into one 12-hour period.

This year's colours are... eh, could be better, but they could also be worse. Biscuit is a nice neutral colour, at least, and I like the little details of chocolate chips stuck in the longer fur.
But Glowing? Ehh. And why is its mane missing?
I wish they'd previewed the outfit too; dresses are very hit or miss with Xweetoks and I get the feeling this one's a miss.

A Faster TDN

HTTPS Everywhere
The Daily Neopets, its pages, and all of its assets (like images and JavaScript) are now entirely served through the HTTPS protocol. This includes all of our myTDN account services, like the register and log in form. HTTPS means all of the communication between your browser and us is encrypted.

They are indeed in shops owned by users under the age of 13, presumably a default thing.
If the account was created when the user was under 13, and they open a shop and they have these numbers, they don't automatically change to any other default greeting or anything once the user turns 13. Which is somewhat amusing to me if the owner of the shop never changes those description fields after they've turned 13, because it'll still be like that on accounts where the user is like 20 or something.

Oil Paint looks odd. I can definitely see what they were going for, but the visual clutter throws it off. The eyes contrasting with the rest of the face doesn't help.
Toy also looks awkward, but the colour scheme is nice.

Pierogi - frozen pierogi was a common food in the frozen section of the supermarkets back in Canada, but now that we've moved to Australia, it's nowhere to be found. Luckily, pierogi are fairly easy to make, and my mom can make really good ones with cheddar & potato filling. Add some sour cream, parsley, and bacon bits, and they're absolutely delicious.

Nope, the only difference is once per day versus once per battle. If you have a strong pet or only battle opponents who you can defeat in one go, Lens Flare will be good for you, since you can use it with each battle you do daily. If you battle opponents that are technically out of your league - ie the Space Faerie, etc for the avatar - then Throw Pillows works best because you can stay in the battle for a few days and slowly defeat the opponent without ever giving them a chance to attack by using only one turn per day.

I'm pretty sure the closest thing you've got is Rejuvenating Jar of Brains, which heals for 60 HP. Those go for around 490k, though.

Marine biology enthusiast stepping in! A lot of the Maraquan pets are pretty generic, yeah, but I want to point out a few less obvious real-life inspired ones that I'm a fan of.

As for the Maraquan Lenny... I dunno. It has a nice sleek body, but that generic face and beak slapped on it kinda ruins it, for me. It looks jarring and out of place. Perhaps the artist just couldn't get the beak to look right and put the default one on and called it a day.

The limit is 15 times a day. Sometimes when I've been tempted to gamble away my NP on Nerks or slots or what have you, I take out multiple withdrawals of 1 NP each, so I hit the limit and can only have more NP if I earn them somewhere.

We (my husband and I) adopted him back in April 2018 when he was probably around 6-8 weeks old? We found him outside our apartment building all alone, looking cold and pitiful with 'Puss in Boots' eyes. Little did we know, we adopted a little monster! ? His sole purpose in life is to annoy the crap out us and test our patience! He loves to scratch on everything EXCEPT his scratching post. And he has TWO of those (three if you want to count the scratching mat). Our couch and curtains are ruined. Hahaha. BUTTTTT he is slowly learning. Progress! 
He also chewed through my Macbook's flimsy charger's cable. I haven't gotten around to buying a new one because they are not cheap! lol. 
LOVESSSSS to drink from the toilet bowl ?‍♀️ We don't know why we even bother to put out fresh water in his bowl. 
He's quite adorable though. He loves to chase his own tail and is entertained by moving shadows.
