Mail, guild messages, neoboards...petpages seem to be working, and so are trade wishlists. So...the games are just me? Well, it starts out sending my scores for the first five games (of SOSD), after that it just stops sending altogether. Quote
Kittiesama Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 I'm having the same problem. Neoboards went out while I was on them. Can't get neomail either. Tried it on several different browsers and both of my accounts and none of them would load. All I could get was a blank white screen with the sidebar and header. Yes I was trying to read a neomail from a friend and it happened. I also tried different browsers, cleared my cookies thinking it might had been those things. At least I know not alone in this lol Glad I joined after all this time reading things on this board to get an answer! Thank you so much! Quote

Try clearing your browser cache, giving Neopets a hard refresh (CTRL + F5) or switch browsers if you're still having a problem. Quote

But anyways, having a similar problem right now. The site is very, very slow and sometimes the pages will load in half. All other sites are working fine for me, so it's only Neopets. Quote

I logged in on my phone earlier and it worked, but now on the laptop it isn't. Also, when I have been trying to reset my password (originally thought I had been hacked) it is saying that an error occurred.. Hope it gets fixed soon! Quote

I thought my account was stolen after a password request because that didn't work. Creating a new account is also impossible because no matter how obscure the username is it says it's taken. We're locked out :( I hope tnt fixed the problem soon. Quote
