Sooo my habitarium has been locked out for about a week now. I tried the merge method, and although it did show signs of merging (items in main's bag showed up in alternate acct's bag) it never finished the process I guess. I sent a ticket in to TNT on 7/7/14.
 
I just wanted to tell everyone that they ACTUALLY RESET it and replied back on 7/15/14. And I'm still at level 50! Yay!
 
I'm just a little in shock after hearing horror stories of tickets taking months and months.

It will list levels you should be at like this Level 5/6/7 (where 5 is easy, 6 is hard and 7 is insane).

I believe you need to give your petpet a name before you can zap.

You will probably have better luck asking for help through Support since it seems to be an issue on their end.

There is no way to fix it on Petpages. You should be able to post it on your userlookup though. (Check on mine.)

Funny you should ask, I got the avvie just this week (after trying for years as well). The questions does indeed have to be "What do you do if fierce Peophins has eaten too much tin of olives?" but the answer can be anything. Mine was random, and I got it.

Back in December we had a nice wishlist gifting post that was really successful and fun, so way back then I planned to have another one in July! With the return of the Dream Pet post, I figured now would be a good time to bring it back, especially after the exhaustion of the Altador Cup!

Aw GAWD! There are some nasty people out there! It must have been really annoying to you! Personally, I'd ignore and report. That's the motto for harrassment on the boards anyway: ignore and report. Gash!

Yeah, I have a personal policy about neomails from rude people. You only get the chance to be rude to me once. After I respond respectfully, if you don't change your attitude, my block finger gets itchy, and you get the ban hammer. In extreme cases, you get reported too. I don't put up with that crap, but lucky for me, I've not had any issues from the Trading Post. Almost everyone who has ever neomailed me has been nice, heh.

I now have the stamp in my album! Too bad I was only a few hundred points short of getting it this year. I'll definitely have to try harder next year. :)

I scored 97 points and never even reached rank 1. :P

The Altador Cup has come to an end and Haunted Woods, Virtupets and Moltara take top spots this year. All participants can head to the prize shop now!
