I tried the merge method, and although it did show signs of merging (items in main's bag showed up in alternate acct's bag) it never finished the process I guess. I sent a ticket in to TNT on 7/7/14. I just wanted to tell everyone that they ACTUALLY RESET it and replied back on 7/15/14. And I'm still at level 50! Yay!
