A few days ago, I adopted a beautiful yellow Xweetok. Her name is goldenyellowsunset, and she had some great stats when I got her. Naturally, I've been training her to get her stats to where they should be. I wish I knew how o post a picture of her.

Yeah I have to say the bog-wood look for the aquatic woodland pets does make a lot of sense, and I'm glad they did that, I just wish it was more attractive.
Is there a woodland Koi... yeah, that's the same kind of thing.
Checking out the woodland pets as a whole, I find I do like the tuber-like ones.

I know a lot of people don't like these, but the imagination behind them pleases me, I think the Grundo's my favourite though.

It's the zombie pets doing it, they think they can eat plushie brains... nice and soft you see, no chewy bits.

So was playing the assorted wheels of luck today, and once again spun the Wheel of Misfortune only to wind up with yet another Headless Von Roo Plushie... and I got to wondering.... who's pulling all the heads off these plushies?   But perhaps more importantly, is there a big pile of Von Roo plush heads somewhere?

I was putting a ghost buzz morphing potion into my safety deposit box, and I accidentally used it on my royal Kacheek instead! I am really upset with myself right now. What a stupid and expensive mistake.
I immediately bought a strawberry Kacheek morphing potion, because I do not like ghost buzzes and that's my battle pet so it needs to be a kacheek.

I think I'm going to enter the least camouflaged one, because the other two are too camouflaged and have successfully escaped from me ?

So I'm working on my entry and its looking good but I'm wondering if we are supposed to leave them naked so that the camoflouge is what blends or if its ok that the clothes and accessories do a lot of the blending for them.
I mean,basically the head and hands ate just poking out of my pets outfit so technically its not the camo print that's camoflouging them. ..its the background and clothes.
Does that count?

I love the idea! This will be my first time entering any Neopets contest and so far it is turning out well!

Maybe not a real Halloween costume, but just dressed up my lab pet the other day using what I already have in the closet. Probably time to invest in some shirts/ trousers/ dresses.

(If Kerevi's customisation fits the next Runway theme, people will just have to work extra hard to appear impressive)

I thought it would be fun to play around in DTI and dress one of my pets up as a Neopian character for Halloween. This is Kerevi, my Desert Xweetok, as Princess Amira: 

Has anyone else done this? I'd love to see what you come up with! I may do more for my other pets if I find the inspiration.

I am into the love-hate relation with this.... I LOVE how it looks, it's superb, really cool, fancy details, eyes, etc... But I must agree - it's no Darigan... It's great, but as a colour itself, but no Darigan colour....

OMG I love the ice one.  I think they did a great job with the tail, the coloring could be a bit better but still great

Just a silly topic, but it IS!  I've adopted 3 pound pets on my side account to use as a lab rat (including one whose name is Chinese for test drive-how apt!) and I ended up liking the colour that all three ended up!  Definitely keeping the pink kyrii, but the pink grundo and the wraith gelert are quite tempting to just leave as is.  I didn't even LIKE the way grundos look before I started this!

OMG! Candy with the stripes is cool! Nice job, IMHO, on Candy. As for Custard, well, it looks cheesy. No, I don't mean that cheesy, but it looks like cheese, with the "spots" on the wing, instead of Custard. As for the clothes, can you say "Shadow Clone Draik"?! Nice nod to a popular Shinobi.
