In my opinion, Neopets can't even get their website working right - which should be their main focus instead of building an app.

I'd personally think twice before buying a laptop from a company both into electronics and fruit.

Try using Internet Explorer, maybe? Also: many parts of Neopets can be rather intensive, especially Habi. Your computer may not be able to run stuff like that for extended periods of time.
 
Edit: Try AdBlock Plus, one of the musts for any browser.

Adobe Shockwave is not Adobe Flash Player. But making sure both Shockwave and Flash are updated is a must anyway.

SSW is a big help during my dailies, and finding codestones/dubloons for training. The 5th pet slot is the most useful for me though, since I use that to adopt pets for avatars (or to try for Turmaculus).

I've refreshed at my inventory multiple times but the avatar won't show up.
