I wouldn't panic yet about your cookies. The downtime will be periodically for a few hours, but not all day throughout the time frame. So you should be able to get online and do your quest at the very least. :)

I'm rarely on Neopets these days anyways so the downtime won't be too disruptive for me. :)

Yeah, so far everything's been normal so I think I'll hold off unless there's some significant (2 days+) downtime. Really glad I'm not wasting a cookie! :)

I haven't been able to post tickets in over two years. It always went to an error page. At this point I just assume that they are going the way of Facebook and are going to make it impossible to contact them.

The third party system TNT uses for tickets can be kinda finicky. This is NOT their fault as it's maintained by a completely different company. If you have issues submitting a ticket try clearing your browser cache and cookies. If that doesn't work, try using another browser.

There is no vote page and you can't vote for yourself in the customization contest. Entries are completely randomized and you simply vote on the entries you are given.

1010011010 - I created her with the express intention of painting/zapping her robot. After a little less than an year of zapping I got my wish! Her nickname is "Binary".
Armonaja - Was stuck in the pound. I didn't name her. Her nickname is "Angel Puff".
Chalbi - Was an adoption, I didn't get to name her. But it like it, it feels squishy.
Cherlynn - I thought it sounded like a princess name, so I grabbed it from the pound. Going to paint Royal someday.
Dyvios - His name was vaguely inspired by Davos Seaworth from Game of Thrones.
Kailmi - Needed a "cute" name for a baby Aisha.
Lupecool132 - I was young and dumb and thought that Lupes were awesome and that all my pet names should end with 132. No idea why that number, I just liked it for some reason.
Planxty - He is named for the Irish folk band Planxty. I am a huge fan of their self-titled album: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planxty_(album)
Poogleacolypse - Named in honor of my brother who always wanted a Poogle and has a habbit of naming pets like this. If he ever starts playing again then I'll send Poogleacolypse to him.
Roisin_Dubh - Translates to "Black Rose" in Irish. Is sometimes a nickname for the country of Ireland. Inspired by the album & song Black Rose by Thin Lizzy.
Spanishing - Was adopted, I didn't get to name her.
tosweet132 - Ditto Lupecool. She was also the first pet I ever made! :)
Transpearency - Misspelling of Transparency I found in the pound. Perfect for a transparent skeith!

1. The Neodeck rests like the avatar table where you have do view it. Stamps does as well.

2. There is only a total of 366 unique cards in existence. Since the trophy only counts unique cards, you will need a lot. Somewhere close to 360+ I am sure.

3. There is a neodeck article in the works, but it's still lacking a lot of information. Hopefully it will be completed soon.

Sounds like you're just having a good day! I assume you're not playing a game or something that has lots of page loads (Neoquest or Cheat for example). I got 6 REs in less than an hour of playing NQ last night.

No. This is perfectly fine. You have nothing to worry about, carry on as usual.

I seem to see the increase only in the negative events not in the positive RE's (in fact, I see fewer random faerie quests now than at any period prior).

 

Could be just me, I guess.

I'm pretty sure it's just a coincidence. It makes NO sense for TNT to be messing with thing so well established as the Lab Ray just because they changed host companies.

Don't fear, this event is NOT NC only. While the Festival of Neggs has NC elements, most of the event is free. :)

Basically, it's a site-wide Easter Negg Hunt! Every day there will be a new clue pointing the to location of that day's negg. You just need to visit that area of the site (usually a specific world) and click on the links until you find the negg. Once you find the negg, you return to Kari and turn it in. At the end of four days, if you found all the neggs, you can pick a prize. Also, every day there will be 10 hidden plastic neggs around the site for you to find, turning them in will net you a random bonus prize from the pool.

The big neggs can be found anytime before the event ends, but there's usually a bonus for finding them all on the first day. Plastic neggs can only be found/turned in on the first day.
