So it might be a bit early for this thread, but I'm pretty much done with pet stuff for the year, so I may as well start off our end-of-the-year showcase thread: Behold, all my newly-created, newly-adopted, and newly-painted pets this year! The top row is pets that I already had, but have been painted or zapped this year. Second row is all my traded and adopted pets, two of which (cocoapuff99 and stickypicky) aren't yet painted because I want chocolate and custard for them, respectively. On the third row are the pets that I've created and painted this year, and finally on the last row are the pets that I've created, but not yet painted, either because I want lab-only colours (ice for Hyrngnar and robot for A70M), or because I haven't yet decided which of several choices I'm going with. I'll waffle on a whole lot more under a spoiler... But otherwise, what new pets do you have this year? Any other accomplishments you're particularly proud of?

If you want to send me a screenshot of your entry (instead of the image DTI provides), but don't know how, check out this guide. I'm going to assume - based on previous years - that most people will have plenty of things to do at the end of December, and creating an entry for The Runway probably won't be all that high up on your to-do lists, so I'm extending the entering period by a week. You get to make 2 entries though! (Check out this round (among others) if you want to see what a round with 2 entries per person looks like.) Current theme: Looking Back Description: Create 2 entries: one old photo, one new one. Perhaps it's the same pet, all grown up. Maybe one is a picture of a (great) grandparent, and the one other of their (great) grandchild. There has to be some relation between the pictures, but you can get as creative with it as you want. (Very broad theme, I know, but my brain is mush. If you need more clarity/guidelines, just tag me in this thread, and I'll try to provide them.) Impressive! You really put a lot of thought and care into your pets this past year, they all look great. Only one new pet for me this year but I hope to add a Mutant Ixi in the upcoming year (fingers crossed for Dream pet giveaway) and possibly a UC if/when those are released.

It's finally over.... I don't even want to talk about the amount of NP I spent on this one lol I had gone to only spending 2k a day on it, but so many days it took xD Missed the actually screenie cause I was going so fast, but I saw it when closing the page and freaked LOL

The ray is fired at A70M... ... and she changes colour to Pastel!! That is the furthest thing from robot that I can think of, but it is the first colour change on this pet! Also I managed to snag a few zafara morphing potions for around ~400k each so I am set for at least a couple of species changes. Lets just hope they aren't TOO often La dee daa let's go zap cocoapuff.... The ray is fired at cocoapuff99... ... and she changes colour to Robot!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME EDIT: AND I got a Custard petpet on the pet that I specifically want a GOLD petpet on. The lab is just TAUNTING me today.
