I am not sure if my quest item qualifies, so I apologize in advance... I got a quest from the Battle Faerie to find: Paper Cutter Ruler

So I go and look up the item here just to see how much neopoints I'm dealing with here and it doesn't even have a price for it. Does that mean it is a NC item? Or does it mean that I will never be able to complete this quest?

@queen_hatshepset It's a new item and there's only three being sold apparently, which is probably why JN wasn't sure about the price, but they aren't a bad price.  Battle faerie can't ask for NC items, only crafting faerie does, and she only asks for a specific set of items that are only for crafting faerie quests.
