Official Neopets down/having issues board

Same here, i can't even load a single page, but if that means that Key Quest will work after this, it's totally worth it, im a Key Quest MANIACCCCCCCCCCC.

Well, since our original Neo is down, i might as well go play Neopets The Darkest Faerie, what is everyone else doing while waiting?

It's just super slow for me. Doing dailies was ridiculous. I haven't even tried to battle because even on good days that is slow. I've only gotten "connection to the server was reset while the page was loading" once... and I thought it was my shoddy at best internet. Time to go watch some movies or something. Bummed.

The sire is super slow for me right now too. I didn't know such a transition needs so much time for the site to be working properly again. :( :(

this is the worst it's been in a couple of weeks. i managed to get all my dailies in except for coconut shy, which won't load at all. :(

I've had some problems with Coconut Shy, too, and refreshing didn't do anything, so I just re-opened the link in a new tab and it worked. It seems as if spending time on another page while the Coconut Shy is loading will cause the flash object to break.

Yesterday I had a lot of problems with everything being really slow (took 5 mins for the giant jelly to load) so I gave up but today it seems much better :) Not as fast as normal but I have done all my dailies in a fraction of the time it took yesterday

 

Also does anyone know why the employment agency isn't working and if/when it will be fixed?

And also the Battledome seems to work faster. Still not showing the prizes but I didn't have to wait a lot for the next move. Still there's waiting thought so it's not at all fixed.

The site has been down for more than ten minutes for me. It isn't working in other browsers either, so I suspect it's not just me. Hopefully it will be back up soon and they're using this time to fix bugs/glitches.

I'm glad it's not just me. I was attempting to impress King Hagan with my wisdom and the page where I see his reaction just wouldn't load, so I hope it doesn't count it as me having been there already today and lets me have another go.

Not sure if this belongs here, but I fed my pets yesterday till they showed "not hungry". I just logged on and now they are "famished" :| is anyone else having this issue?

Just got on to try and move items between my closet and SDB, and Neopets stops working.

 

 

Fine. I'll double post. are you happy now? I said I could not access Neopets at all, I said this issue was completely unrelated, because I could access it just fine on my FireFox browser. I said that this was JUST ME having this issue. I told you not to lock it. I specifically said this was unrelated. I PLEADED. I was the last person to post here, and if I edited it, nobody would notice. So how could I report something none of you would notice? Eh?

Neo finally caught up to me and is making me re-order Premium or abandon/transfer a pet.

I bet they felt so bad, they decided to take the entire site down in shame.

Yes, I am even having that problem when I put them in the lodge. Usually, after you put them in the lodge, then refresh the page, they are no longer hungry, but this is no longer the case. Now, after putting them in the lodge and refreshing the page, it shows they are in there, and that they are still hungry. :woot:

Actually I think it is because they feel bad that my pets are still hungry while lodging in their cockroach towers. The site is down while they catch cockroaches. lol

Yep, it wasn't having issues for too long. As far as the double post, I always get caught with responding to postings. I am still trying to get used to the multi quote. I just figured out how to use it not long ago. lol

I just didn't want you go get in trouble for it! (Although apparently I did. I was unaware that not wanting someone to get in trouble, and thus giving a little warning that they could was 'backseat moderating'. Won't be doing that again!)

Seriously!? Is anyone else having issues today? I got a message while playing fashion fever saying "we are having server issues and cannot accept your score right now." By itself, I really wouldn't pay it much mind as I frequently get messages like that. I just refresh, and everything is fine. But today, Every other click (literally) I am getting error messages regarding the server and it is getting annoying. What was the point of this server change? It isn't better at all. It is MUCH worse.

Is anyone else still having problems with lag? It's definitely not as bad as when they first moved, but mine is still pretty slow. Restocking is pretty much a no go.

Yes, I continue having major lag problems while battling in the Battledome, on all the games, including the easiest simple games like Fashion Fever and Solitaire.

 

Right now I can't access the site at all. I checked on the site "Down for Everyone" and it says Neopets is down. From here anyway Neopets has been down or crashed lasting from a few minutes to 30 minutes every day for the past week or two.

 

I don't understand how they believe that they can return KeyQuest, considering the lag combined with the server crashes.

Bloods_Mistress, I was trying to organize and alphabetize my Gallery when suddenly it said "Page Not Available." Fortunately I was able to hit backspace and all the numbering/ranking I had accomplished was still there.

 

I just checked the "Down for Everyone" site again and it says:

 

It's not just you! http://www.neopets.com looks down from here.

 

Could someone please reply to me here if and when you notice that Neopets is up again.
