the fat, orange jerk ran away last august after my other cat had a litter of kittens. his nose was out of joint and he took off. there has been sightings of him around town and i've been told he's still fat so somebody must be feeding him. i had a RL cat named Giovanni and i love that name. what comes to mind for me is a blumaroo dressed in a striped shirt and a beret, holding a ciggy. an italian name but a french look lol i really like the names you came up with.

well, not really a surprise i guess. i wonder if they give warnings before they freeze someone. i might have to re-word my gallery so that doesn't happen to my account.

I'm curious about other ppl's choices for pet names. Do you name your pets after RL pets? People? Relatives? here's mine so far Tibotheus (main) - magma gnorbu named after my beloved cat Tibbotheus who one day said 'EFF YOU' and ran away. Furbreezio - baby bruce - i just liked the sound of it. Mootious - baby kau - he's a cow and cows go moo Tidal_Waverson - water lutari - his tail looks like a wave Lady_Earl - christmas vandagyre - named after a baby cat i had named lady earl grey Gaevriel - striped jetsam - well....how could i not? lol i'm gonna make him a mutant some day last but not least... Carrol_Baskin - yellow kacheek - no explanation should be needed for this one. not sure what i'll paint or morph her into.

yeah i agree. i've put a pair of pants on my gnorbu and instantly regretted it lol - and wings definitely look better on the upright pets

is anyone else amazed that neopets is still viable? (yup, resurrecting an old thread) this thread actually aged pretty well. i'm doing my part in keeping neopets going lol i don't bother buying NC stuff but i do pay for premium. i know from experience there are worse things to throw my money away on. i'm glad neo is still around. i need a little nostalgic boredom relief until i go back to work. this works even if it's not as fun as it was when i was a kid.

i only know what jellyneo says about them. it was a RL game you could play with friends using real collectable cards (think pokemon trading cards) - as far as i can tell there's only a collectable value to them. bragging rights maybe? if someone else has better info i'd be interested to learn as well.

i hear ya. i think i'm only sticking around because i'd like to see if the glitches get unglitched and i'm hoping for new non-flash games. i'm not holding my breath for much longer though. i can only spin wheels and lose FC bets for so long before i pass out.

I get annoyed easily and here's one of many things that annoys me on the neopets guild board. There are a lot of good guilds advertising their lovely guilds and taking the time to bump their threads to the top of the page. There's quite a few of them, but still people keep posting threads "are there any active guilds out there?" or "looking for a guild' or 'guildless!!!!!1', or my favorite "recruit me!!". Is this laziness? Narcissism? Idiocy in general? I should probably just relax but my guild has put me in charge of recruitment and i'm just tired and annoyed with trying to convince ppl to join my guild. don't make me chase you, i just got my cast off and my leg hurts. ok, done being annoyed for at least 5 minutes.

i used some shard pts and got the varia bomb. i used it this morning and was really thrilled with it. i've been saving up for the ghostkerbomb but as i'm only half-way there the varia is definitely gonna work for me. i'm tempted to get the shield but i'm still on the fence. so i got off the fence and picked the shield. i like it, glad i got it. i'm now equipped with the varia bomb, void blade, faerieland shield, feel better soup and burning branches. for my pets' current level these things are working great.

yes! same here. between spending my days in school and having my parents restrict my online time, i wasn't able to dedicate myself to getting good at the tougher games, and puzzles? forget it. lol i relied a lot on freebies and easies. now that i'm much older, smarter, patient, hard working.....i still appreciate the freebies and easies.

what's your fishing level? i haven't fished up anything that's worth more than a trip to the rubbish dump.

i like lutaris and rukis and grarrls. not a huge fan of the buzz or chia or poogle pets. also, i think i prefer pets that are upright more than the ones on all fours. i might be weird.
