Bought a new background today and I'm really pleased with the cosy seasonal look I've been able to create. ?

I struggle with seasonal customisation stuff because it's invariably TOO seasonal for me, TNT seem to just LOVE stuffing holiday items into backgrounds and thus making them hard to use IMO. This b/g being a good example because of the pumpkins, and not just pumpkins but jack-o-lanterns, but the flowers partially cover them so I'm cool with that.
Really I wanted to use the Buzzer abode because that looks adorable, but the pumpkins are too in my face using that, lol.

Are your pets getting into the September vibe?

So i got this welcomed surprise today! It's really kind of TNT to hand these out to those who were affected by the glitch...i had no idea it was even glitched to begin with lol

Saw this and decided to try for myself! Happy to report that I got the avatar, and might even get the Bronze trophy as long as less than 5 people beat my score ?

Got most of my item lends (except SuAP) and battledome challenges, along with some i've been trying to get for a while.

HAHAHAHA, YES‼ I was quite surprised at her naming names as she's usually the epitome of diplomacy isn't she, but maybe it's as you say and she's tired of covering for him. Yay for office politics.
Speaking of... seeing as she's part of the Indian team, and he's in the US isn't he? so I'm quite sure they'll all think the other team's made up of complete incompetents anyway, because that's how things tend to work, isn't it. ?

I've been having the same problem since the Altador Cup awarded the bobbleheads. I sent in a ticket and they confirmed there were ghost bobbleheads taking up inventory space and that they were working on it, but it's been over 2 months and it still hasn't been fixed unfortunately. 

Aah, I wondered that - shortly after I put my bobblehead in my SBD I had cause to visit the Toy Repair Shop and it showed a row of 5 bobbleheads that I didn't actually have. 

Now I feel compelled to fill my inventory just to see if it happens to me too. ? ?

I am HIGHLY amused by this, the coder's eponymous item messing things up is pretty ironic. ?

Tried for a while tonight and actually managed another game avatar, which is rare for me, and I actually quite enjoyed the game. (Right now I'm on track for a bronze trophy as well, but I guess I'll find out tomorrow if I actually got it.)

So for as long as I can remember, your inventory was considered "full" at 50 items. Obviously you could have more than 50 if you were collecting from dailies or unloading from your shop or SDB, but if you had 50 or more, you can't buy anything from other shops and you get this guy:

He still says 50, but now I get this message when my inventory has 45 items in it. It's not like it makes a huge difference, it's just weird. I noticed this a while ago but just now thought to post about it. Anyone else ever encountered this?

Just looked it up and they're on the shop wiz for <10k. Don't know if the price has just recently gone down but if you're in the same boat I was, go shopping!

With longtime-players who are great at RSing? I'm not surprised. Though this account is only I think about 47 months old, just under 4 years. Hard to believe they could've accumulated so much NP in 4 years time.
Yep! I think the first set, or one of the expansions shortly after the neopets card games came out. You CAN find the boosters online, but they can get really pricey. You can still even input the codes from the code-cards in the booster packs. There they have a little thing where you can go through 3 choices. You can't go back, so if you choose poorly, you could get a pittance of NP or a junk item. I'm not sure which icon would indicate a Skarls Sword, maybe the Paintbrush... anyway, I don't even know if you could still GET something as old as Skarls Sword there. Even with the right booster pack code(s). We used to have a book store here that sold the boosters, so I've tried a couple. Got mostly junk, but had a couple decent prizes. TCGs even a Goo Blaster, weapon, but nowhere NEAR as valuable as Skarls Sword. I used to know a guy who got a Dull Stone Axe from a booster, but that was probably a decade ago by now. Some of the stuff I got was pretty junk-like, but seemed to be newer, than the date the boosters would've been made. So, I'm not sure if some prizes were replaced or not. ? Frankly, I wish I knew someone with a Skarls Sword, and maybe I could get it "willed" to me if they decided to quit playing. lol Or heavily discounted as I would not ever sell it. I know it's not the BEST weapon, not even very close. But it's ability and power aside, it's also one of the coolest darn weapons TNT has ever drawn! ?

I have other battle equipment I'd desire, but that stuff is junk-priced compared to 725m. LOL I'll just have to save, save and keep saving, and hope Neopets is around long enough for me to attempt to trade or buy one. Even if I could only use it on Neopets' LAST day of service, it would be that WORTH-IT to use in battle.
The 2nd best thing to owning one, would be if they fixed the Stealing ability in the BD, and sent us an enemy WITH a Skarls Sword! I'd love to steal and use it against the 1p opponent! Just like I thoroughly enjoyed stealing the Prismatic Mirror from Envy during the Obelisk war! That was SO much FUN and allowed my peophin to fight a few more rounds each battle. ?

It was a fudge chocolate flavor from a box. This was my practice cake so I was not worried about how it tasted.
 
I did not have a chance to make the unicorn cake. I decided to wait until Christmas for the unicorn. I will most definitely post a picture for that.
I am making a wonder woman cake tonight for a friend, hence the practice. I am going to make it a white cake for wonder woman because that is my best tasting "from scratch" recipe.
Thank you! I wanted to practice with the wonder woman colors, so I went full American flag for labor day :)
The recipe that I use is marshmallows, powder sugar and a dash of vegetable shortening. It starts out as white as white can get.
I gave my kids the left over fondant and some cookie cutters to play with. It's just like play dough, but it's not toxic so I don't have to worry about my 1 year old having to make a hospital trip.
I have never worked in a bakery. I have worked in several restaurants, but none of which made their deserts in house. I am self taught. I do not consider myself anything but an amateur. I do not have the confidence to not destroy someone's poor wedding cake. I would feel so guilty.

Didn't get an explosion, but did just get a coconut to fall... then went to finish out my set and knocked down a second one!   So I have fairly good luck with knocking them down.... still waiting for an explosion.

I'm so happy I never have to play this dumb game again.
