  1. HMMM! Anyone's game this time around! This week's predictions Obelisk Team Last Win Win % Prediction Order of the Red Erisim 5 rounds ago 38% 46% Seekers 4 rounds ago 31% 30% Thieves Guild 6 rounds ago 23% 25% I'll be choosing Seekers then, for the bank bribery!
  2. I feel a CC could crop up at any time this year, theoretically; as they didn't have the perks for the last one, so there isn't the time frame of a-year-and-a-bit needed for those to expire.
  3. The ray is fired at Burfin... ... and she gains 3 strength points!!!! But... nothing happens. It makes a kind of 'zzrrrppptttt' sound before shutting down completely. The creepy Kookith shoos you away and appears quite angry, so you hightail it out of there before he shoots some miniature laser beam at you or something.
  4. The ray is fired at Burfin... ... and he changes gender!!!!
  5. *feels hunted* Ah! No worries, this is someone who understands! Items: 2,671 | Qty: 15,326 I've had much more previous years. D:< I wish you could sort your SDB by quantity, I'd love to know what I've got those large quantities of! Anyway, every item I attain gets a CC-potential assessment. x'D I set myself rules though! Initial CC phase - Started out not allowing myself to spend a single NP towards it; only using what I'd accumulated since the last one. Second phase - Started stalking the Money Tree for r80+ items. I went as far as creating lists of the stuff that showed up on the reg, so I could learn them all. https://items.jellyneo.net/mywishes/jellysundae/ third phase - Prior to the last CC, I started allowing myself to buy Stickies from the Healing Springs; they're only 25 NP, that hardly counts as buying for it, right?? I also fully expecting them to end up disallowed, but justified the risk as the monetary lose would be very insignificant by Neopian stardards. So them just getting nerfed was actually a bonus, lol. fourth phase - where we are now; triggered by 6NP Money Tree douchebaggery - actually caving and buying stuff. 2-pointers at no more than 5 NP, 4-pointers at 50, and 6-pointers at 100. Those prices lasted all of about 5 minutes, mostly because @Secrewas buying up everything in sight at the time. I actually really enjoyed buying, there's something so fundamentally satisfying about stock-piling! and if you manage to snap up some r90+ items for 25 NP?... The 6 NP people have finally stopped being such jerks though, so the MT's pretty much back to normal, and I'd forgotten about buying. But,,, seeing as it's a bye day... and I'm thinking about it now... to the SSW I go! Oh, I also still visit Hagan daily, despite no longer needing to, just to try and get those nice 6-point books out of him!
  6. I've just answered the Daily Puzzle and I spotted the March artwork on the calendar... !!!!!!! They COMBINED the sack race with the egg and spoon race?! What kind of monsters were Adam and Donna?! I always hated sports day as I was never the fastest runner, and I'm completely non-competitive, the very thought of those two horrors melded into one is making me want to go hide in the girls' toilets. Are those of you who are not Brits wondering what I'm on about, or are these kind of races held in your country too? What sports did you do at school? I was universally meh at all sports, apart from tennis, and the javelin, I enjoyed that and was quite good at it. I like me a nice big pokey stick! But they didn't do it at the new school I went to after we moved, so no more of that, just netball and rounders, and like so many girls I don't think I ever managed to hit the ball in rounders... Did you like sports at school?
  7. So many items, and every one with a description. ? Luckily for us original TNT had a lot of imagination, a lot of wit, and quite often a lot of sarcasm, lol, so a fair amount of these descriptions are far from dull. I've just found another one that's made me laugh. The best plate of weeds money can buy...sorry, greens. I meant greens. Mixed Greens Salad ? Another one that never fails to amuse me is this one. Eurgh what a foul looking yellow blob... Scrambled Egg on Toast Someone really doesn't like scrambled eggs. ? The onion doesnt like it when you slice it either! Sobbing Onion Never lose your keys again with this handy keyring. Not only does it hold your keys, it pokes you in the leg to let you know its still in your pocket! Coconut Keyring Mum! Mum! My meal keeps staring at me! It is freaking me out. Mashed Eye Potato Freshly baked pumpkin cookies with a crunchy frog interior. Do not tell your friends about the surprise inside and watch them gag! Pumpkin Cookies That's just nasty! ? Plus there's this item which is purely them laughing at their own set-up. The description isn't that funny for this one, but the book title certainly is. xD Weve had fun. dont add apostrophes. This prize was awarded during the Staff Tournament in Daily Dare Y13. We dont need stinkin apostrophes! JS continue this to a certain extent, and I'm really pleased about that, but mostly they're just dull descriptions now, aren't they. What ones have you spotted over the years that make you giggle? Or just go lol.
