I have sent a petpet down the symole hole countless times - for the first time ever, something actually happened!!!
Mysterious Symol Hole
In Meridell, next to a gnarled old tree there is a mysteriously deep hole. It was probably dug by a Symol, as it is only big enough for a Petpet to go through. Do you want to let your Petpet go in and investigate?

Haha, it's not stupid in that way so much as that like many of the AI opponents on Neo, it cheats. >_< When you're consistently losing the odds do very much seem to have been stacked in the favour of your pet (your opponent) than you, they seem to have an awful lot more luck in the drawing of the cards than you ever do...  
I enjoy this game, but my brain issues make it hard for me to play it now, a few games is my limit, so having to WIN an average of 8 games every day is beyond me so I can't see me being able to get this avatar which makes me sad. ?

There's some VERY different reasons for using fake info online, isn't there! Safety is the only legit one though. I wonder how many of the people who use it to be trolls and bullies justify it to themselves by saying it's for security reasons... hopefully not that many, if you're gonna be a douche you need to be able to admit that to yourself.

We do SO much online now, but there's STILL a very strong current of it's not real if it's just on the internet... and that's WHY a lot of the trolling and bullying and general fakery goes on, isn't it, and the downloads theft.
People can detach themselves from it because it's not physically there in front of them, so they can't seem to associate it with RL behaviour. They're not physically confronted by the angry/distraught person, getting all up in their actual face about the horrible things they said; if the person they were bullying could turn around and punch them on the nose then it wouldn't happen, would it! Same with that great pile of pilfered CDs and DVDs that's covering their coffee table; if there was a physical representation of those it'd shock most people to the core, I think, but because there ISN'T one...

It's also difficult because today's society tends to classify so much as bullying which really isn't. If someone's a little snowflakey they accuse people of bullying them just for the other person strongly disagreeing with them, or being  called on what the other person sees as BS. It's tough.

Yeah, an interesting survey indeed. I'll admit, I've been on both ends of bullying, as the bully (which I regret, of course) and as the one being bullied. Something like that is hard to forget.

Very strange set of questions lol It made me think though - I'm sure that most everyone has downloaded media from a not-so-legal source, but how  many people have actually stolen a book or movie? Probably not many...

I recently (as in a few months ago) got the avatar. I had collected items with either "rotten" "reject" or "obsidian" in their name and did all the dailies that rewarded those kind of items. Also picked up 10 items each day from the Money Tree. When I had a couple thousand items I started taking them out 100 at a time and discarded them through quickstock. Only took maybe 1k items when I got the message I got the avatar. Over the years I had already discarded some items (like the ones with dung in their name) but I have no clue how many. Sometimes the popup appears at the bottom of the page though! So check your list of avatars to make sure you don't already have it!

I got the Rubbish avatar last year and I can vouch that items need not all be unique, you should get credit towards the avatar for all your multiples.  
The SDB Pack Rat avatar requires having over 1000 UNIQUE items in your SDB, is that maybe what you are thinking of, @Granny63020?
Just to share strategy ideas: When I was working on the Rubbish avvie, I surfed around daily and picked up a whole inventory of items that could be found for 1-5 Np in user shops. I used the Item DB on JellyNeo to see what the absolute lowest worth items were, and just searched a few every day until I had my inventory full, then discarded the whole thing. It actually went faster than I expected and it didn't cost me a fortune. Good luck with your avatar - you may be close to getting it already ?

The negg does not show up in your inventory, only the prize you get for selecting the negg ? 

You might be just a handful of items away from the avatar... I emptied 700+ things out of my SDB, then got the avatar on the first bulk discard and had to put 700+ back again... ??
I'm keeping hold of all my stuff until after Charity Corner, but I'll willingly help you out after that if you're still in need of it.
 

OH MY GOSH! Yes! I have never saved any I alays used them. I'm greedy and I will put ALL of them in my gallery. Oh THANK YOU so very much.  Do you need boxes to send them to me? How can I send you boxes if you need them? Can I send a box in a box?
 
I also collect snow globes. If you still have this I would like to have it for my gallery as well. If not that's fine. I intend to try and buy the items I haven't received at the end of the event (Well, I mean, by the items I collect).
