Revenge of the Money Tree finds because why not? Apart from the Bag of Broken Neopoints (got 1,198 NP from that), nothing crazy unlike what I've snagged in the past. Also adding my August 1st finds here too: I oddly come to the Money Tree these day for extra Omelettes as well as extra Petpets to use as Petpet Lab Rats when my current one either gets zapped into oblivion or gets devoured by Turmy.

As in proper Paint Brushes? As far as I know, Paint Brushes and Petpet Paint Brushes do not restock in standard Neopian shops due to them being in the Special category and being rarity 101 or greater (only items with a rarity of 100 or lower are known to restock at standard Neopian shops). Outside of user shops and the Hidden Tower, Paint Brushes are usually obtainable via: Random Events (look out for the elusive Jacko the Phantom Painter RE, and there's an rare RE in the Terror Mountain area that'll earn you a Christmas Paint Brush) The Fruit Machine (you must get 3 Ptolymelons or 3 Puntec Fruits in a row to score a Paint Brush from there) Ye Olde Fishing Vortex (there's a very low chance of getting a Paint Brush from there, but it does happen if you're insanely lucky) Wheel of Monotony (if you land on the Paint Brush spot or the Petpet Paint Brush spot, you can get the Tyrannian variant of those respective brushes) Wheel of Extravagance (landing on the Paint Brush spot will surefire score you a Paint Brush, be warned though, this wheel is very expensive to spin for days in a row) Anchor Management and the Forgotten Shore (if you're really lucky, you can score Pirate Paint Brushes and Pirate Petpet Paint Brushes there, but the chance is low) Test Your Strength (if you get a score of 70 or higher, there's a chance of scoring a Halloween Paint Brush there) Lost Desert Scratchcards (there's a low chance of scoring a Lost Desert Paint Brush if luck is in your favour) The Alien Aisha Vending Machine (costs Nerkmids, you can net a Paint Brush you're really lucky, otherwise you'll get Gross Foods in the process) Participating in plots and site events (Paint Brushes and similar items are usually much higher tier prizes in the Prize Shops for such plots/site events) Competing in competitions (I.E.: The Caption Contest, Storytelling, Poetry Contest et al but it's not guaranteed) The Neopets Referral Program (not at all easy these days, but just don't go too crazy pestering/harassing others to join, virtual pets may not be their cup of tea) Paint Brushes were also obtainable if you got a Gold Key in Key Quest, but Key Quest has been unavailable since September 2014 though TNT announced that Key Quest will make a comeback as a mobile app in the future (this was announced back in July 2018). If there are any other methods of obtaining Paint Brushes I forgot, let me know and I'll edit this post.

Thanks Hrtbrk and IHeartSaku for the congrats on my new niece. Also wishing your nephew a good lot of joy and good health as well IHeartSaku! I aim to get her to join Neopets (and possibly other virtual sites too) when she's old enough to have an account as well as get her into anime/manga and retro gaming, but won't be for a while sadly.

First off, thanks for the congrats and wishes _ivory_uri_ and Angeló. Knowing my older brother and his wife, my newborn niece should be able to make it through these messed-up times. Also _ivory_uri_, D-Pad Doc (also listed as DPadDoc) is my newer alias since my hiatus from TDN and the rest of the Neopets community. I was more active in the Pokémon community for the latter half of the 2010s, particularly the Twitch Pokémon community where I was often found chilling in peoples' Wonder Trade streams sending out power and goodies to streamers, participants et al.

I don't usually post about my real life much, but I just wanted to share this quick little bit of news with you guys/gals here at TDN. As of yesterday afternoon EST/EDT, I have officially became an uncle. My older brother's wife just had her baby. A baby girl. 8 pounds, 6 ounces, and 21.25 inches long. The baby's name is Lydia Joy by the way. At this point forward, you can optionally refer to me as Uncle Neomysterion, Uncle Carlo, Uncle Plushie, or Uncle D-Pad Doc et al if that's what you so desire. EDIT: For those interested, here's an image of my newborn niece. Spoilered due to cuteness and image size.

I'm in the same position as Discobiscuit since I haven't got a Trudy's Surprise reset on me either today. By any chance, did you accidentally skip a Neopian day? Most of my Trudy's Surprise resets that aren't related to Daylight Savings Time are from occasional forgetfulness in the past.

That tank is called the Dirty Fish Tank, and goes for around 38K NP. If you ask me, it'd be a nice match for some Mutant aquatic-based Neopets (the Koi, the Kiko, and the Flotsam are a few examples of this).

If you ask me, TNT may have goofed up and failed to realize that there was a pre-existing item also named Yooyuball Cake Pops. It's not the first time it happened. Outside of the various map pieces, there are several other items I'm aware of that share or have shared the same name with each other. There may be other similarly named if not identically named items to each other I may have missed that aren't listed in this post. There are two items called Christmas Baby Blu. The original greener version goes for around 2 million NP at the Trading Post due to it being no longer being obtainable by using a Christmas Petpet PB on a Baby Blu (as of December 2006, you'll get the newer candy cane-looking one instead). Two items called Snowglobe Staff. One of which is a Battledome weapon and the other is an NC wearable. Two items called Candy Cane Sword. Similar deal as the Snowglobe Staff, one is also a Battledome weapon and the other is indeed an NC wearable. There were two items called Tea Infuser, but the one that was a Gross Food has since then been changed into Steeped Tea some time in the later 2010s in order to prevent confusion with the non-Gross Food Tea Infuser. There were also two items called Cloud Kiko Plushie. The one that was released in July 2015 has since then been beaten up and renamed into Tattered Cloud Kiko Plushie just to prevent confusion with the pre-existing one from 2003.

I was playing Scorchy Slots on a daily pursuit for Treasure Map pieces, and suddenly this happened: For the first time in my Neopian life, I have struck the Jackpot in Scorchy Slots. If the high score table updates tonight for Scorchy Slots, I just might have a bronze trophy for this game by the end of the Neopian day.

By any chance, do you have any apps or browser extensions that are blocking cookies from cdn.playwire.com? If any browser extensions (I.E.: Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin et al) are blocking cookies from cdn.playwire.com, you should allow/greenlight them and you should be able to play flash games on Neopets again.

1. That's entirely up to you. If you have no interest in feeding this cupcake to your pet and want to show it off in your gallery, you're free to do so. 2. These NC Mall Birthday Cupcakes boosts your pets stats and gives you a nifty NC wearable when eaten. This cupcake in particular boosts your pet's agility/movement by 3 points, only good if you want your pet to use the Heavy Robe of Thievery whenever stealing enemy items in the Battledome gets fixed.

We hereby welcome you to Lab Ray Zappers Anonymous! You and your Kau (and any other future lab rats) will be in for the ride of a lifetime. I've been using both lab rays these days to get various Pet/Petpet-related avatars I've been missing. I'm also close to having a second complete lab map myself for one of my sides when I came across this topic.

You have awoken the great Turmaculus... AHHHHHH!!!! Turmaculus ate your petpet! BURP - Turmy ate my Petpet Lab Rat. He's awake until 11 AM NST today if you want a shot at him.

I may not recognize from back in the day (I was likely on hiatus when you first joined), but welcome back to TDN and TDNForums Babyyaga67! The name's Dr. Meepit, but you can call me D-Pad Doc, Neomysterion or any of my other old aliases from the years of yore. Also, likewise on your wishes on everyone staying safe, healthy and the like.
-
Everyone knows that Dr. Mario World has turned practically all kinds of Mario-verse characters into doctors, they even turned a Goomba Tower into a doctor. No one said a Meepit couldn't have a turn to join in on the doctor fun.
I made this myself since there weren't any images of a Meepit in a doctor suit. Apologies for any flaws.Spoiler -
Random events for me on 7/16/2020: Got this one while playing Dice-A-Roo: This one while playing Scorchy Slots: And these from today's session of Gormball: Plus a Forgotten Shore Map piece event sometime before the second Lab Map Piece event today, but failed to snag a capture it due to my somewhat fast clicking in Gormball.

As per the Neoavatars solution description for the Uni Nightsteed avatar, the time frame that you need to visit a Halloween Uni has to be between 8 PM NST to 6 AM NST (actually PST or PDT depending on the time of year) if you haven't scored the avatar yet. Keep a time zone converter in handy to know when 8 PM NST to 6 AM NST is in your time zone. Did you visit the Halloween Uni at the allotted time frame mentioned in the solution description or no? I'll test this on my sides later tonight and see if the avatar is still obtainable. Will edit this post if it still works. EDIT: The Uni - Nightsteed avatar is still obtainable during the time frame mentioned earlier. Screenie for proof if you want it:

To answer that question, I was referring to the Daily Faerie Quests event that Neopets often holds around late winter/early spring, usually starts on February or March though a few have started as late as April or May.
-
Secre's referring to Faerie Quest Fortune Cookies, a type of Fortune Cookie buyable at the NC Mall for only 100 NC (50 NC when daily Faerie Quest season happens (usually)). Opening one will grant you a Faerie Quest for 9 days. By the way, congrats on scoring a FFQ Secre. I ended up getting around 3 of them during this past March's daily Faerie Quest season myself, and used 2 of them on one of my Hissies to get that Halloween-Transparent Hissi cross paint I always wanted for years. That last FFQ I used on my lab rat just to score pet avatars I didn't have.
-
FreyaFox, Secre is referring to the Comfort Rock Companion from this year's Staff Tournament Prize Shop and the Elegant Yooyuball Fountain Pen from this year's AC Prize Shop. Both of them are the 1 point prizes of this year.
-
So it turns out that the 1st to 3rd place ranking description for Terror Mountain, Virtupets, and Maraqua on this year's trophies were erroneously copypasta'd from last year's AC. This clears up the AC XV trophy rank description error mystery. As early as sometime next week, TNT will be able to address this error and give these descriptions to the actual 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place title holders for this year's AC. Most likely another hindsight by the item colourists who liked the original colour scheme for Team Faerieland more than the current one for all I know. As for Faerieland returning up into higher atmospheres, only time will tell when TNT unleashes another plot involving Faerieland.

Welcome back Lit. A fair chunk of longtime Neopians and TDNForums users have been making a comeback of some type within the past few months. The name's D-Pad Doc, and I used to be real active here in the early 2010s, but I've been found lurking here time to time these days. If you need any help, just post a topic and either I or another fellow member can help get you out of that jam.

Last time Darigan Citadel was in 4th place was in 2014. Here's hoping for a podium finish for next year. I maxed out in Yooyuball for all 22 non-break days of the cup plus played a mighty good chunk of the sidegames, and I ended up with roughly Triple All-Star and a half on my end. Next year if the time allows, I'll be going on overdrive for the duration of the AC.
