  1. Found a shop selling just about everything for 1000np. Now there were a lot of items worth less than 1000np. However several hours later, I have filled the 88 odd free spaces in my own shop, got 50 items sitting in my inventory and SDB'd a load of books. I have literally gone through almost every item in that shop SSW'ing or JNing the items. The average mark up to SSW prices on the items I grabbed was probably 500-1000np. But a lot of the items were actually worth 3000-4000np and a handful of items were worth 15k-20k! So, I've spent just shy of 200k at this single users shop. But hope to make a profit of another 200k at least out of it! This is what I currently have left in my inventory... all bought for 1000np a piece! The majority of the higher end items went straight into the shop to avoid stealing events. This is just the odds and ends that are left after the book clear out and then the final few purchases!

    Book Journalling

So I got an awesome Book Journal for my birthday a while back and I just started using it. I'm no artist at all, but I thought I'd like a picture accompaniment to each book as I already review on Goodreads and didn't just want to be duplicating. I'd also only including the best of the best books as otherwise I'm run out of spaces quickly. I just wanted to show off some of my efforts.

    Enter the Runway #122!

@aleu1986 Oops, sorry! I really need to clean my inbox out more often. Should work now, but I'll make sure to wait with posting until I've received your entry, so there's a chance I won't post this round until Tuesday.

    Happy Kougra Day!

Oooh, I like the Stealthy. If tdub was still a Kougra I might be tempted, but the Zombie tux with Oil Paint Ixi cross is too expensive to be morphing back! I think the only thing I don't like about the paint clothing are the badges... they are hardly stealthy now, are they!? They'd be luminescent! They'd be really nice as a removable aspect, but I suspect they're pinned to the main clothing. The outfit.... is a little too bland for me. YESS!! I've been thinking this ever since I came back last year!!! Four feet, four shoes!!!! And the front feet and back feet should match!!

  7. I don't think it's glitched. Items get returned to sender if not accepted within 48 hours.

    Happy Kougra Day!

I agree with that, at least where the Kougra (and pets with similar poses) are concerned, with the Ruki, for example you can put shoes on all their feet and it looks nice, but they also have arms.. of sorts.. Anyway, when I put shoes on my Eyries I`m often tempted to also put gloves on them, just so all four feet are wearing something.

    Happy Kougra Day!

i dunno, i think it would look weirder with two sets of shoes. if i still had psp, i would give that a go to see what it looks like.. the stealthy colours are nice, but i do think there's maybe a few too many there.

    Happy Kougra Day!

The Stealthy Kougra looks really cool, I like the colours they used, and there`s nice details, you can tell some thought and planning went into this colour. I also like the metal.. things on the Kougras head and at it`s side, they kind of look like a superhero logo, haha. The outfit... I do like generic male clothing, it`s nice to have regular clothes, and not all outfits that are costumes, like wizard, poet, sailor or whatever. I`m not really a fan of any of the items, at least not when they`re put together like this. I do love that the shirt and jacket are separate items, THANK YOU for that, TNT! One thing I find odd is when a pet, like the Kougra, which stands on four legs, has shoes on their hindfeet, but nothing on their frontfeet. They should at least add gloves for the sake of sense and symmetry. Just me? lol

  12. My husband and I lost a very dear friend and neighbor this week. He died of Stage IV Pancreatic cancer at the age of 58 after a very short four month battle. The thing is only four people in this world knew that he had this horrible disease. He was very sick and in a lot of pain but he hid it. He didn't want people to be worried about him. He didn't want people to be sad. Whenever we asked, he had a little medical "thing" but it wasn't a big deal. That was how he was - generous and always making sure other people were taken care of. We didn't know he was as sick as he was. He died of sepsis after only two chemo treatments. It was a shock. We had waved hello to him just two days before. He smiled and waved back. We never saw him again. I'm comforted by the fact that he did have his best friend and his BF's wife with him until the end. It wasn't uncommon for them to travel down to where we live and stay for 6 months at a time, so that wasn't even a clue. We lived next door to him for over 15 years. He was the neighborhood "safe house" for our boys. We bonded over our mutual love of Halloween (the holiday). He would start planning on Nov 1st and start building 2 to 3 months ahead of Halloween. He would put up a different theme every year. He had turned his front yard into a cornfield, a graveyard and other spooky settings. He and his friends would hang out and scare all the neighborhood kids (and a few adults). Our youngest was finally at the point where he was done with trick 'r treating and we were looking forward to helping him with this year's haunt. In a flash, he was gone. I'm not posting this for sympathy. You don't always know what is going on in other people's lives - especially if they are going everything in their power to hide it from you. Life can change in a moment and someone that you love and care about can be gone. So remember to them you love them. Pick up the phone and call, because "tomorrow" might not come.
