A bit pricey but perhaps worth it given that it's a Fountain Faerie Quest. I did a quick google search and apparently, the event began on April 17th and will run until May 3rd. After this, the faerie quests will be restricted to random events again. Thank you! I have never had a Fountain Faerie Quest. She told me to come visit and she would give me a new color. After I finished the Fountain Quest earlier I was awarded a dip in the pool. I went to the Rainbow Pool and it says I can't use the pool because I don't have a brush.
