Official Neopets down/having issues board

I posted it from Tiara's message. When the Neo was up and running, log out and restart the computer. Wait for 5 mins to log in Neo depend the connection, sometimes taking longer.

I haven't even logged on today at all. So the page wasn't even loading for me. I'm locked out of my account for an hour now. ;-;

I'm back, restarted my computer, changed browser... and yet I am still having password problems .___.

 

EDIT: I tried logging in through facebook (I've just realised last month that I registered 2 years ago and never used it) but I realised that I forgot to connect it to Neopets...

i cleared all my cookies and internet data and restarted my computer and still no luck either

The logging in thing IS a issue with the site itself. I did the same thing. :/

In the topic Adopting and Trading Centre, the first post says not to use it any more, and it gives a link to another website where people can post who they need to be adopted etc. When you click on the link, it leads to a random website for a clothing label, and nothing at all to do with an Adopting and Trade centre, let alone TDN or Neopets in general.

 

Ahh, apologies, didn't realise it was only Neopets, saw the word official and assumed it was for TDN forums. Sorry, need to read with more detail...

Yep.I had a heart attack,thinking some rough had gotten into my account.I bawled.I then saw sense and came to this forum.I died with happiness,then.

I have to say I'm a little bit relieved since I've been having log in issues too and I thought I was the only one!

Wasn't sure what was going on but seems like it's a glitch TNT is experiencing. I hope they sort it out soon.

Refreshed, and it's actually down! Now I actually have to sleep.

It's site wide and is affecting everyone.

Neopets crashed shortly before so it could be a database failure or something of the like.

 

Please don't send in a ticket about this as TNT will be aware and it will clog up the system for people who genuinely need help.

 

EVERYONE is having troubles. Hang in there while they fix it. It may take some time.

Any chance of getting items back? My Brother is devastated,and is even more so because his Chia plushie is gone! So is 3K!

EDIT:Counting up,that's about 35k (EDIT:mega miscalculation. :P about 4K) down the drain. :(
