Official Neopets down/having issues board

the site has been acting up for me for the last hour. I can't battle (gives error), price my shop, use SW or post on neoboards. I just get a this page is not available message and my internet connection is fine. I cleared my history and cookies, managed to log in again but I still have this issue. Can anyone help?

I can't help, but can confirm that I'm having the same issues trying to battle. I also was unable to do some other dailies without getting an error.

I'm having the same problems too - very little of the site is actually working for me :( *sadface*!

Glad to see I'm not the only one having a problem here. Everything on the site works fine except for any buttons (e.g. "search" on the SW, "Back to <insert neopian land>", etc, etc). No issues when clicking anything besides those. Guess I won't be doing late night dailies.

the thing is it's not midnight for us in europe, it's almost afternoon. tnt needs to use the official board more often tbh.

SW is working fine for me. Boards and Battledome are not. :/

 

C'mon, TNT. I want to do dailies. This is ridiculous.

 

Edit: Battledome 'battle' page finally loaded after a refresh. Though it now appears that it'll say "Sending move" for ever and eternity.

 

Edit2: It appears to be clicking the button that is the issue, so tab+enter solves this problem. Still ridiculous.

I'm a US user and I'm having the same issues. I attempted to use the quick stock to put some stuff into my SDB and it was not working and I tried to do Grave Danger and it wasn't working either. I also had some login issues too.

I can't go on either. I can't play games (it just give me the "undefined" statement) and BD isn't working. My internet is pretty decent right now, so it's kinda frustrating.

Edit I can't get into my shop to load either.

Just gotten online and most pages aren't loading. I thought it was a problem with my internet but other sites are working just fine. :(

The only pages that load slow for me are the ones with buttons on them. Then, like the above said, I get the "webpage not available" error when I click on any of them. I really hope this is fixed soon! It'd be nice if TNT would make a post, too. I know they're likely already aware of the issue and working on it, but the assurance would be nice anyway.

Anyone else having problems with Mysterious Negg Cave? I've been trying to play this since yesterday but I can't place tiles on the puzzle. Like, I can click the symbols and colors, but I can't click anywhere on the blank spots. I've been able to play this game with no issue until yesterday. :/

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem today or if it's just with my account individually, but I've tried getting into my account and after a few failed attempts and I changed my password a few times, since each time it would just say it as wrong and I would be locked out for an hour. I've tried this at least a dozen times all day and it's really no fun. -_-

 

I know it's the right username and password, since I sent for it to be changed twice now and each one wouldn't work. Can't get a hold of Neopets support through a ticket, since it requires me to sign in to make a ticket. The only other way to get a hold of support is through the security e-mail. which I tried, but all it did was send back a message saying it could not be reached. I'm really at a loss for what to do. If anyone has had this same problem before, please let me know how you had it resolved.

i played negg cave both yesterday and today. did you try restarting your browser/computer?

I haven't turned my laptop off since yesterday, but after seeing your post, I tried playing again (without restarting), and now it's working fine. Weird.

 

Anyway, I've gotten some super annoying glitches in the battledome earlier. Will be battling again in a few. Hopefully, it'll be smooth sailing this time.

Is plushie tycoon down? I keep trying to hire employees and managers, but it's not working. The page refreshes and states that I "currently have no employees and only 1 manager" (the default), when I've just hired 160 employees.... Repeatedly with the same refresh. Tried restarting computer and everything. The game isn't updating for me. Never ever had this issue.....

Habi isn't loading for me anymore, or the NC Mall, turns out lots of parts of the site are not functioning, such as ULs, and somebody on the Boards even claimed she couldn't feed her pet.

Having the same problem, Lady Lyuba. No Habi, UL, or NC Mall. I'll update as I peruse around the site, but that's all I've noticed right now.

Everything is working fine for me - but the areas you've mentioned are quite laggy - if you give them enough time they will load though. (I also have noticed this with sending neomails)

The problems people were experiencing seemed to be resolved within 10-15 minutes of the occurrence.
