siniri Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 I won over 500k from Food Club today (64:10) -- I'm kicking myself a bit for listening to Hugo (regarding TI being unsafe), since it could have been 136:10 had I followed my original bets... but then I remember those times when I haven't listened to him and he's been right. 64:10 is still pretty awesome. He never plays any safeties in a single-arena system, even though today he thought another pirate was close to 2:1 there. My analysis (based on Stripey's opening, not even factoring in Hugo's analysis) revealed that betting on Stripey combined with either Ned or Bonnie in Hidden Cove had a higher expected value than most bets with Edmund, even though Edmund was favored, so I forewent two booster bets for the two safeties. And one of them paid off! (*Over 60k net is nothing to sneeze at, but Food Club has spoiled me.) karmacow 1 Quote

Thanks to Dr. Sloths Personal Bath Buddy, Randomly Firing Freeze Ray, Lens Flare, Warlock's Rage, and An Icicle, I was able to get enough free turns, lucky enough for her not to use her Scorchstone, and be left with 100+ HP. It may not be any of the three game avatars I've been trying to get, but this makes up for it in the meantime. :) andaraen and Duskitty 2 Quote
