I doubt paper books will ever be retired.  Too many people enjoy reading regular books (myself included).  
Also, about the environmentally friendly thing: I know it's bad to cut down trees and kill plants and all, but did you know that 75% of the world's oxygen comes from algae?  Even if all plants died, we would probably still be able to survive if we kept our water clean.  I don't think we should cut down all the trees, but it's not bad for the environment to cut down a few trees to make a few books.
While we don't have 5 bookcases full of books in Arabic (hmm, maybe time to start learning), my family is much the same.  We do use e-readers and such, especially for traveling, which we do a lot, but we have at least 20 bookcases' worth of books   I love it, especially the antique books we have, and it's always nice to sit down with a cup of coffee, sit out in the sunshine, or curl up by the fireplace with a real paper book in your hands.  I can never get over that amazing feeling you get when you read a book.  (I might be a tad obsessed. )

Of course I am going to ask THE QUESTION: BETH, what say you for this endless Battle of this cursed Obelisk?  For which faction, my Captain, Oh Captain! The Sway (where weirdness reigns supreme), The Order of Red Erism (where arrogance reigns supreme), or Brutes (where brawn or strength reigns supreme)?

How much can your pet really eat at Kelp Restaurant before it will take left overs? I've gone there when she said she can't eat anymore and is reading as very bloated, bought 2 items and then a third and the greedy little ... ate it all!

I really miss all of the old plots and such.  I love going back and reading the old plot comics; it's so nostalgic.  I wish they would come out with a good one soon.

This made me smile for so many reasons!
I signed up after clicking on an ad on AOL. (AOL, EW! lol xD AOL aggressively spammed the UK with their disks; every time a new version came out everyone would be getting these CDs through the post and in magazines and so on, the country was buried beneath them, lol, so just about all of us started out on the internet on AOL. Bet just about nobody is still using it though...) Now you have me wondering about the amount of tombola items languishing in the SDB on my jellysundae account, lol, another reason to get my behind in gear and send another ticket about that! A friend in the guild I was in sent me a load of the McDonalds toys, a spotted gelert plush and a red plastic gelert that interacted with you. I got rid of them relatively recently and ofc regret doing that. We did big gift exchanges in my guild and it was a LOT of fun, though it was expensive for me to take part because of the cost of shipping boxes of stuff across the Atlantic. We also had group chats on MSN and those were always a lot of fun. But I'm not going to complain about things that no longer happen on Neo; it's still here, and while it's past one particular peak it IS still here and things are still happening to keep us entertained - AC soon guys - so on the whole, while a bit of nostalgia's always nice, I like to enjoy things now, and look forward with positivity to the future.

I just played Yooyuball and scored 4 - 1.  Considering I hadn't played the game in 3+ years, I don't think I did half bad
