You definitely should be able to paint it Plushie (I checked Jellyneo to make sure the Plushie version isn't Unpaintable) so I would suggest reporting it to Neopets. It's unfortunate you're experiencing this glitch, but hopefully once Neopets are made aware of it they'll be able to fix it! 

Well, in the UK there's no quarantine (yet)... 

School closures were only announced yesterday and will come into effect after tomorrow, where they'll be closed until further notice. Nurseries and colleges will also follow. Most (if not all) universities are already conducting classes and courses online, and if there is any not yet doing so then after tomorrow they will be. Individual companies and institutions are closing, events are being cancelled or postponed, weddings are being limited to 5 people, but there are no lockdowns or quarantines in place yet except the prime minister urging people not to go to bars, pubs, or restaurants and to avoid non-essential travel but without rules or laws being put into place, the majority of people are still going to be going to work...

Obviously, travel in the country and abroad is extremely limited with lots of Brits currently abroad being stranded in whatever country they are in. I had to cancel a meetup with 2 of my best friends at the end of this month (they live on the other side of the country) so I'm disappointed about that, but prioritising the health and safety of my family, friends and the people around me is what is most important. I could be very critical of what exactly the UK government is doing right now (especially in comparison to the swift actions other European countries have taken) but I'm going to try to stay positive, keep up-to-date with live updates on the news, and hope everyone is doing what they can to stay safe, healthy, and happy.

I completely agree, I think the Spring Equinox (20th March) would've been a perfect day for Illusen Day, to mark the first day of spring!

I buy most of my clothes from Primark, New Look, Select, and Missguided. I also like shopping at Quiz, H&M, F&F, Dorothy Perkins, and Monsoon. There are many others I occasionally shop at, including some American brands like Forever 21 whenever I find one. Nowadays I do most of my clothes shopping online at Depop, eBay, Amazon, Boohoo, ASOS, Missguided, PrettyLittleThing etc. 

Uniqlo is a big favourite of mine, whenever I'm in a major city or Japan. G.U in Japan as well. 

Tombola and raffle are both used to mean the same thing in the UK, but nowadays I hear the term raffle used a lot more than tombola.

Actually, it does exist... Hawaii and the Canary Islands. However, they are somewhat isolated islands along with Hawaii being the most expensive US state to live in. The Canary Islands is a lot more affordable but you'll need to learn some Spanish 

I don't think it's a birthday thing, as I've managed to get a bag of broken neopoints fixed for free and it wasn't my birthday. However, it's only happened once and I don't think it has anything to do with how frequently (or infrequently) you use his services...I think it's just a case of being lucky!

It could also be a mainly birthday thing though, and my situation was just an extremely lucky occurrence that's possible without it being your birthday

I can personally confirm that Turmy and Buried Treasure are still working - I got them both quite recently. One of my friends got the Snowager avatar recently so that one is also still working 

I don't think any of them are broken, per se, just really difficult to get and require a lot of luck. For some people they can get them extremely easily whilst for others it takes years. 

I was starting to ever lose hope of getting that Coconut Shy avatar after maxing out my daily throws for MONTHS on end every single day, but I FINALLY got it about 2 weeks ago! No longer do I have to listen to that annoying Quiggle's laugh (it still gives me nightmares...)

This is amazing! I personally agree with everything others have said, and am glad other things e.g. site events participated in, avatar count, etc. are taken into account. I also agree with full collateral being asked for, as at least you have a contingency plan in place as some people can either be careless or just plain unlucky (e.g. random events). 

I'm British, and this is legitimately the first time I've ever heard of this  Do Americans love finding out what's going on in the UK, and find fake news stories?

I mean, it's true knife crime is a problem (especially in London) but the whole banning sales of knives and...going door to door?!  The police can't even cope with basic responsibilities, and the government/council take weeks/months to sort out potholes in the roads.

At the moment, EastEnders (a popular British soap opera) is doing a big story line about knife crime...so maybe that might have influenced this mania?

Also, if you go on the Wraith Resurgence HQ achievements page, you need to go to the Fiendish Formations "A Stickler for Time" achievement and open it to get the avatar! 

Good luck! Make sure to clean the area (both inside and outside) with hot water (boiled then left to cool a bit) in a cup and add a pinch of sea salt. Dip a Q-tip in twice a day to clean it for the first fortnight, then after 2 weeks just clean it twice a day with hot water (again, boiled then left to cool a bit) until it heals. 

Your piercer may suggest other cleaning methods, but the one I listed above made mine heal quickly and without any of the dreaded nose piercing bumps like I got the first time around.

Basically, the first time I got my nose pierced on the right hand side...I had it for nearly 2 years and it never healed, and I kept getting those dreaded nose bumps all the time. I was using a different cleaning method suggested by my piercer. 

I decided to let it close up and went to a different piercer (this one has amazing reviews with extremely good piercers) and got the left side of my nose pierced instead. They were the one who suggested the cleaning method I've given to you above and omg...all the problems I had before were like a distant nightmare as it was SO easy. I went back to get my septum pierced and again, no problems whatsoever.

You don't have to take my advice of course, but I just wanted to help ^^

I'm surprised you guys rated it medium. I've never played this game before today and it was one of the easiest AAA scores I've ever gotten...

I'd always recommend checking the item database and/or the shop wizard first to get a better idea of the actual worth. In this case, the stamp isn't worth much (and nowhere NEAR 700k)...

Honestly? There are so many people (including me) willing to lend out their pea chias for the avatar, so I wouldn't bother. The real trouble is finding somebody willing to lend you a super attack pea.

Alien Aisha is cute and good for clout, but not much more to it. 

I'd go for woodland uni personally as it's such a beautiful colour on unis (and the best out of all the woodlands!) but it's your choice. 

My Catriya, she was just a pound bet with a nice name but her customisation is beautiful and I would never ever trade her.

I actually really like these new colours for the Cybunny. That Dimensional colour is especially beautiful :wub_anim:

I thought this game would be the one to break my AAA streak... But with a lot of patience and some luck, I got the score!

 

My advice for those who are struggling:

- Get used to the controls first. This sounds obvious, but when I started, I couldn't control the boat properly. I'd crash into the mines in the stupidest ways. 

- Restart the game until your first dubloon is worth a lot. I tried to get the 1000 point dubloon right away, but I'm not sure if that's actually possible (I restarted hundreds of times). But I did get the 500 point one a few times, and starting with that should be good enough! You'll be half-way towards the score.

- Choose a strategy. It seems most people like the herding strategy, but I don't like it so much because I'm still not that good at controlling the game. And all those mines make me nervous, so I prefer dealing with two at a time (I know it's riskier because you never know where the next mine will show up).

- Don't rush! Time doesn't matter. Also, pray for valuable dubloons lol. Not long after starting the game with a 500 point dubloon, I got a 1000 point one.

Unbelievably, my sister (after trying for like 2 hours) managed to get the 1000 point dubloon right away so I can definitely say it is possible. 

Although, I wish I had her luck :P I went for Abigail.
