  1. I see you @Scoobert_Doo
  2. So after much rambling in @shauns_fiancee's thread I am on a mission! How tall are your labrats? And what do they weigh? I checked Alice and compared her to Neocolours height table, and dayum! Median height Alice's stats That's a BIG Jubjub. Now on Neocolours is does say median height, but if 40cm is the middle ground, and Alice is at the top, the smallest Jub's gonna be microscopic. So how do your pets measure up after having their species messed around with? I believe Alice was a Christmas Blum when I adopted her, but who knows what her birth species was, same with Cora... I'm VERY interested to see if Alice's height and weight stats alter with zapping to a new species, or if her height and weight are from her origin species and stay the same whatever she becomes... so I'm gonna try to remember to keep an eye on that now! The ray is fired at thenameisalice... ... and she loses 2 movement points!!!! Pooky McDroolish shall now be known as Lemondrop. How nice.
  3. Sadly I've no idea what Cora's weight was as a Grarrl. Hmm, lemme see what she weighs now... Height: 50 cms. Weight: 48 lbs. I wonder how that's different to a regular Blumaroo, though she was morphed into a Blum, not zapped... Hmm, one of my Shenkuu teammates has a Blum. *checks them out* Height: 77 cms. Weight: 42 lbs. Huh! Cora's really short by comparison! I wish there was correlated info about pets height and weight, it's really interesting how much it varies. I'm remembering the thread I made about Tate's weight: height and how we found out one TDNer's Desert Aisha is human-size... I'm going to try to remember to keep an eye on Alice's weight and see if it alters as they're zapped to a different species. Or whether the wildly different weights I see talked about are simply because a zapped pet that ends up as a small species started out as a bigger and heavier one... I'm aware all this is no help at all with the Grarrl digestion question. EDIT Didn't spot OP had replied until I'd done rambling, lol. @shauns_fiancee Right! Having properly read what you said now... my brain definitely seemed to indulge in some cherry-picking with how many words it took notice of in your post, oops! Just the 700lb bit and ignore the rest! I wonder what is the heaviest item... #askingforafriend Hmm, ofc there's no way of knowing unless you own the item so you can see its weight in its info pop-up, boo.
  4. The only real answer to that is how long is a piece of string... Though as the Obelisk was a total troll last round, does that mean it will behave itself more for this; has it got it out of its system? Or has it got a taste for it now!
  5. I just visited the meteor via your link and it worked fine (opened and gave me a MechaBerry Bomb) it hasn't been misbehaving for me so maybe something's gone awry at your end? What's it actually doing, or not doing! for you then? I did a bit a experimenting with Grarrls and "food" a while back, much longer ago than a few months so I don't think this will have been the convo you're talking about. Let me find it... *rummages* Here we go. I'd meant to report back in that thread about how long it took her to get hungry again, but I see I didn't, that's annoying! It was several months after the feeding of the 800lb Zen bed though. She'll probably not have been a Grarrl all of that time as she was my labrat. I wonder if digestive speed depends on species... nah, surely not? That's just too much attention to detail even for old-TNT, isn't it? Anyway, Cora ate the bed on Feb 16th, and changed to an Elephante on March 6th, a Uni on March 29th and a Zweetok on April 4th, all the time still digesting bed. I have the haziest of feelings that my prediction of it being 2 months before they'd need feeding again was almost accurate but only just. But you feeding yours an item that was 100lb lighter but kept them full for many months longer makes me wonder... Now I'm back to wondering if a species' weight does have an impact. Zapped pets weight can be all over the shop from what I've heard, out of the normal weight for the species... it yours a natural Grarrl? gosh that seems an awfully personal question There's so much mechanics behind-the-scenes on Neo that we're not privy to we've just got no idea what's going on with this stuff do we, lol. Sadly, probably neither do TNT either now. Congrats on your new babies!
  6. I sold my SSS shares earlier, made just over 2 mill.
  7. Does the game run slower because of your older pc? That would make sense. But congrats on managing it regardless of the how or why!
  8. The ray is fired at thenameisalice... ... and she changes colour to Electric!! Stop crying immediately, Alice! You'll go up in smoke! (I DID have the video for Electric Six "high voltage" here. Until I watched it and realised it might not be quite appropriate for TDN ) But... nothing happens. It makes a kind of 'zzrrrppptttt' sound before shutting down completely. The creepy Kookith shoos you away and appears quite angry, so you hightail it out of there before he shoots some miniature laser beam at you or something.
  9. After yesterday's attempt that I edited in up there ^ I wondered how I'd do today... Didn't win anything, but oh my lawd! "Never trust the intelligence of a royal Skeith," you utter wisely. He ponders all that you have said. Well, it could have been worse. King Hagan Says: I'm not dense, youngin'. I already knew that!
  10. How do you manage to hit one at all?! Isn't your PC about 100 years old too?
  11. I can't really wrap my head around a dragon being fuzzy.
  12. Petpet could be the first course. xD The ray is fired at thenameisalice... ... and she gains 4 maximum hit points!!!! Nothing looks different about Pooky McDroolish but you can sense something happened. It becomes evident later when it tries to climb a tree but breaks off the branch instead. The ray has increased its level to: 2
  13. Just seen this in the NT, very relevant to the conversation in here.
  14. OH EM GEE you guys!!! This fella is now taking obtuse to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL What can I say? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Ofc I realise that him rewarding me for saying he has bad judgement could be a rather subtle counter-roast on his part there... the sly old dog! EDIT This dude is paying me to be rude to him, there's a name for people like you, your majesty.... King Hagan listens contently to your words of wisdom... "Never trust pride like the power of a royal Skeith," you conjecture astutely. He ponders all that you have said. It seems he is not displeased. That's good. King Hagan Says: Well you're not the sharpest tack in the drawer, but that wasn't too bad. I give you a B! (666 out of 1000) Here is something to help you study. King Hagan hands you: Brightvale Maps
  15. Haha! That's just awesome! Oh yes, OFC, he's a flamingo!
  16. Much like many people couch-potatoing in RL right now... The ray is fired at thenameisalice... ... and she loses 2 movement points!!!! Help me eat shall now be known as Pooky McDroolish. How nice.
  17. Hahaha, yes! The baguette would be perfect wouldn't it! Yours haven't been able to set much of a good example for all of mine though. I'm gonna be watching Alice and Stoopzy, some kind of contest seems to be going on here. At least Neo doesn't have Tide pods... I'm not judging Gen; she's a reptile, they eat beetles, she's bein' all fanceh and serving hers on a cracker. Cora and Tate have the makings of a delicious lunch there though, but let's see some greenery included with that too please! That Snow Cake retails for 1000NP a slice minimum you know... what kind of "snow" are we talking about here...
  18. Mr. Van Dyke doing his daily work-out there, it's no wonder he's 250 and still goin' strong. I think it's awesome that he's in the remake of Mary Poppins, playing the same character in the bank but not needing the make up to make him look old this time around. Maybe this film will end up being used for a pet day outfit at some point, but on the other hand it is just generic clothes from that era, isn't it, so maybe not.
  19. It seems that once you're trained enough to attend the ninja academy they feel able to reveal that all ninjas are really Gremlins...
  20. Absolutely adorable!!! As the Moehog attests. The ray is fired at thenameisalice... ... and she gains 3 movement points!!!! Lemondrop shall now be known as Help me eat. How nice.
  21. I like doing that to him too. Let's see how obtuse he's feeling today; I think this is about the biggest roast we can manage... Did I mention obtuse? Yep, I do believe I did. If you could make some comment about ingesting household cleaner I wonder what his response would be... Sire, you remind me of a certain someone.
  22. I know, right? The ray is fired at thenameisalice... ... and she gains 4 maximum hit points!!!! Here we go! Your eyes recover quite quickly after the giant explosion, but that's more than you can say for your Petpet. The Kookith is kind enough to sweep up Lemondrop for you and you head home. soot x 2
  23. I think they coped with the hat fairly well, the ears make placement of a tilted hat difficult. I'm gonna have to look at other hats on 'em and see if artists have done a better job previously... Let us see! Hmm, see I was wondering if cutting it so the ears stuck through it would look better - not that I imagine that much effort being put into any head gear these days but that's beside the point - but Bart's hat got that treatment and looks odd, though I think that's solely because the placement's just not quite right, it needs to come down further over the brow, and it's a bit too small. Oh hey, they did this one pretty well! That's an Elderly boy pb item so a v. expensive hat! but it looks goood Hmm, not really many items that are a similar shape/angle/height/brim width to the boater. There is this though... In conclusion though, the hat shouldn't have been tilted as people don't wear boaters like that, pretty sure it's physically impossible as they'd fall off, lol... my mum had to wear one for school and she says they're hideously uncomfortable and are really hard to keep on your head because they're so rigid. Oh, hey! Maybe that's what's going on here, the artist caught it at the moment it was falling off.
