I'm very attached to my pets too, there's no way I could put them in the pound or change who they are (with the few lab ray exceptions). Perhaps you could move one of your pets to a side account and get your xweetok after all? :)

That's insane! I've never gotten a morphing potion from there, but then again maybe they've improved the prices ^^

 

I have recently gotten a 50 dubloon coin, which was awesome. Generally I'd say you get really good stuff from that daily, although I remember it used to be mostly misses... They must've changed something! :D

Ah this is too bad. Are there any prospects for the chain in November? I wouldn't mind pitching in some NP to regain some lost items.

Hey there, nice to meet you midnight! Yeah - I've been playing Neopets since 2005 or 2006. Sadly enough, last time I stopped playing Neopets was since my main account got unfairly frozen. Picking things back up again with my side accounts though :) Also submitted another e-mail requesting my account to be unfrozen, but no reply so far.

 

I remember really liking keyquest. I had a fair amount of tokens and it was one of those things that got back to me rather quickly when starting the game again. Avatar hunting and stamps were always my kind of things :) It's a little painful to see all those pretty avatars I used to have, but getting some that are still available again is cool anyway :)

It's been a good 2 to 3 years since I was last here, or on Neopets for that matter, but I've decided to return.

 

Much to my dismay it seems like Neopets has become just a shell of its former state. I see well-named and fancy colored pets going by in the pound, my shop is barely selling anything and games like key quest just aren't working. I read up on the fact that it was taken over by another company... It's sad to see this game slowly die off.

 

Either way, I do feel kind of nostalgic being back in this world, so I thought I'd drop by and see if there are still any familiar faces around. How are you all and how are you experiencing the game these days? :)

I got the contacts as well :) I'm assuming the image will be fixed sometime soon.

I just wanted to say I got really lucky with my prizes ^^ Although I won't buy any other tickets, the other wearables aren't as interesting to me.

One of my side accounts was taken that way over a year ago... So yeah, it's definitely something to worry about. I think however that they can only get your account and password. The birthday they will get from yet something else (but it won't be necessary if they getthe password right at once). The pin, they will have to use the reset pin option which takes a couple of days, I believe. So long you got everything PIN protected you should be good.

Does anyone know why these three factions are our options? Just a little curious.

 

Plus, I've already pledged my allegiance to the Sway, it's irking me a bit to have to switch sides! :P

I assume they will add in the other factions every day after this day, like they did when they originally hyped us for the war.

When do we find out who won? And when does the obelisk open? I didn't beat every challenge or challenger, so it might just be that...?

Sadly enough none of us knows when they will announce who won or when the obelisk will open. TNT is sure taking their time to announce the prizes and the winners of this event.

TNT isn't thinking of us Europeans once again. We're not in DST yet, so everything is one hour earlier, meaning that midnight NST is 8am for us (or 7am for the Brits). Happy I got to check Neopets 10 minutes before the 'day' was over :/

 

Anyway, digging the prizes! Especially the wearables :D

If you were to get a meowclops from these in the past, you will still be able to get them from it now. Retired simply means that they have stopped selling them in Neopian shops :)

This makes me wish I hadn't of sent in a ticket to get my account from 2009 unfrozen. If they unfreeze that account can I freeze it again or when they respond just tell them that I want it frozen again? I've learned not to count my chickens before they hatch :)

You don't have to unfreeze it. If you get a random event on a side account you can send the item from the side account to your main. It's random, after all ;)

QueenCamelot is taking her first stroll outside to go play on her swing :D It's still a bit cold though, so she has to wear a jacket ;)

400? then how come mine is full?

I'm pretty sure it's 400 as well. Right now I got 164 and my bar seems to be filled up 1/3. Maybe losing on mighty works better than on average? :p

is there a glitch with the x achievement right now? ive bitten my nails practically to the bed and managed to defeat the wizard 13 times in a row but the achievement is not unlocked.. perhaps it doesn't work on easy?

It does, I got it on easy (on the wizard, too). Hope it works out for you by now!

This will probably be my last wave. I had quite some issues beating them on 'strong'.
