Description: Dress up any pet using only paint brush items + a Neopoint background (that means no NC items at all, and no NP items other than the background!). Cross paints are allowed/encouraged.

I limited myself with my voting this time. I find it kind of amusing how we tend to enforce parameters on ourselves in things like this, lol, but that's by the by.

This time, instead of just voting for every one that I liked, which would have meant a tick from me for just about all of them, I restricted myself to only picking the ones that got a gut reaction from me; so two that made me laugh out loud, and one that got a WHOA! response got my vote this round.

REALLY nice to have so many to choose from, and thank you to the two of you who gave me a giggle.

If we are to use "only paint brush" items, why are there so many robot parts? I guess mutants wouldn't have been allowed either. Or are robots okay because it is a customization that completely converts the pet using one item/zap? Or was the description getting too long and someone just said "Shucks, they know what we mean, these neopet people are all certified geniuses"?

If it was the final option, thank you.

I think it was a case of anything DTI classifies as is:pb.  That's why the usul bow that they didn't correctly mark as usul only was able to be used.  If you want to consider it more from a neo perspective, then any clothes that come automatically with a color, that you cannot remove from your closet (except when transferring a pet wearing them).  Mutants could have counted, they just wouldn't have been able to wear any clothes.

The "robot parts" you're referring too are actually called a housing. So essentially the neopet is walking around inside a robotic tin can that fits its body shape. Any pet color would have been allowed. If one was to choose a mutant pet or a maraquan pet there would not be any paint brush clothing options for it to wear and the entrant would only be allowed to use a background. So depending on your choice of NP background, you could have a really good entry.

The idea behind this round was simplicity. I was inspired by Angelo's latest Peophin crosspaint and I was curious to see what others would come up with. another thing I thought about was these outfits would be something anyone could achieve if they cannot afford to buy NC or are cheapskates like myself who don't purchase any. (Instead I'd rather waste my money on my PS4)

This is 100% correct
