I made a chart on some grid paper with a square for every minute of the day.  I sporadically but methodically refreshed and crossed off times until I found it.  If there were less than 5 minutes between crossed off squares, I crossed the in-betweens off. In the end, I crossed off more than half of all the minutes before I found it. I wish I was that determined about things in my everyday life! Don't give up, you can do it!

The only difference of being on the winning team is a differently shaped trophy. The prizes can be bought with prize points, which are awarded based on the amount of games you play, not on whether or not your team does well. I think even your trophy's colour is based on how well you, personally, did. (At least that's what it's been like in the last few years.)
It's also impossible to predict which team will win, unless you know where the groups of all All-Star players will go, and whether or not TNT will successfully manage to fight the cheating groups off this year.
I'm with @phill; the first time I joined I looked at all the teams and chose the one that appealed to me most, and I've stuck with them ever since. The AC team threads on the site event board on the neoboards are pretty much around all year now, so you could even look at the threads and decide which team seems the most fun to join based on that. Or you can just read the team descriptions and look at the art of the players to see which team appeals to you most.

This is base on the Sims why because I'm sick and tried of users using calk boards and posters as the way to make a wall and a room. So I made this walls and someday going to make stairs so neohome can expand more like the Classic Neohomes and Expanding a neohome will cost more NC. The walls you get to make a room for each neopet from the bedroom or living room will cost 10,000 NPs maybe sometimes a bathroom.

You will notice I'm bad at drawing Walls even in making 3D image that bad I did my best to draw.
 

 
These are the walls I made base on the classic neohome. One is the standard wall, one is cardboard, a brick wall , a wooden wall, a bamboo wall (sorry I was bad at drawing it), a stone wall, a cloud wall, a ice wall, a chocolate wall, a marble wall, a jelly wall, and the last one that is very special that will cost 13,000 Neopoints or 400 Neocash this is a Aquarium wall for the Tuskaninny, Peophin, Koi, Jetsam, Flotsam and Maraquan neopets when adding this wall the will be filled with water for your aquatic neopet to swim.

I' am submitting this as an idea for the staff to consider doing and is something users can do on their own.
You put the walls the way sims 4 does in the building section but it does not have the features of Sim 4 because I don't want any lawyers of EA to sue Neopets.
I need to change it Or it be just ripoff or Knockoff of the Sims 4 and Neopets will get sued.

You use the Wall drawing tool to make a room but it will not be the same as Sims 4

There was no computers or internet in my case. Of course she was a lot younger than I was when she started playing. I didn't join NeoPets until I was about 48. I'm 60 now. I started playing because we were raising 2 of our grand daughters and they begged me to let them join NeoPets about 12 years ago. Never having heard of it I wouldn't allow it unless I joined and they made me a friend. I wanted to be sure to keep an eye out on them when they played. I even got them each a laptop so they could play at the same time. I use a desktop. Now they are 19 and 21 and no longer play but I just couldn't give up my account! LOL I'm addicted. Oh and to answer your question about the avatars. I love them all and I do my best to try and collect them all (impossible) and I try to collect everything else too.

Wow, I was going to come here and put my two cents in, but it looks like you don't need it.  I think I am going to vote instead.  LOL.  I really LOVE @jessodey, that is great! I love #2 from @teukkie with the bandana too. To me it has sort of a piratey feel to it (IDK why) and I love pirates.

Hi Gypsy, I'm having the same issue with my Draik right now. Not even sure what colour I want to paint her. But I have my Lutari mostly figured out:

I went for a 'Neopian explorer from Faerie Land' theme. The outfit was a little pricey I think, but the background and accessories were cheap. I like to come up with a character for my Neopets before deciding on outfits that match that. If you don't usually make characters of your Neopets, I would take Lakecat's advice and pick a dreamy colour first. Even if you don't have the neopoints now, you eventually will, and it's better to wait than settle. Good luck, and I'd love to see your Lutari when you decide what to do with it!

Hi Gypsy, if you could paint him any colors, what would your favorite choices be? This should be about making your dream pet. Who knows, you could get a Fountain Faerie Quest soon. It's also better to imagine what you'd like someday than to just settle for whatever now. You may have to wait, but meanwhile, think big. Here is a link to all the available Lutari colors for you to consider (click the pics to enlarge). I've never had one myself but I like their energy. But if you'd like to keep him Cloud for now, we can look at various wardrobe options for that. What activities and settings do you like for him?

I actually really like the way your Lutari looks right now! But I also enjoy playing around with DTI (and am considering getting a Lutari myself), so I made this one, using only (fairly) affordable NP items:

I'm not all that good at customising (especially coming up with a coherent theme - my own pets' customs are always a happy mess), but I think Cloud Lutaris look good against a dark background, so that was my starting point for this one.

This is my idea for if you keep him the same colour :) I have a few items that suit the background in the editing version so you could edit it yourself if you wanted. Hi! I do also have a Lutari. I have 6 pets and they are all a hot mess. I don't dress to impress I dress to have fun. Sounds silly but I find it fun to put things on my pets that may be kooky. My Lutari is sporting a Mohawk, LOL I would be happy for you to take a look at him. Have a good laugh.  No matter what you decide have fun doing it.
