Hey all!

I'm having a bit of a dilemma and am seeking the opinions of more experienced Neopians. This is my first plot, and I've been kind of liking it but now I'm at the spending neopoints on things for potions stage and I'm not sure if it is worth it. I'm going overseas for 6 weeks starting next week and won't be playing at all. 

Do you all think the plot will be over before the end of February? If not, I think it would be cheaper to buy things now as it will become more expensive by the time I come back, but I don't want to fork out heaps of neopoints and then reap minimal rewards for an unfinished plot....

And mouseykins I totally get what you are saying, I have never battled before and none of my pets are trained/have weapons, so the odds of me getting proficient in that before this plot is over is pretty slim :) 

You could probably use the weapons they give you and still beat the lowest levels for the wraiths :) Even if you invested in a cheaper defence item like the Parasol of Unfortunate Demise :)

I went to the gym tonight and struggled to squat half of my usual amount for no reason whatsoever. Nothing on you, but that's my failure today

I'm always saving for battle equipment, cool pet pets and paintbrushes! I like reading to my pets sometimes too; and that can be a bit expensive I guess.

No she can't hold or wear anything :( Not even little things like hair bows or popsicles :(

For her second birthday, I let my pet become the hottest pet possible; a Pepper Chia. Florvora has had many makeovers in the past but has always been a Usul. Secretly I kind of regret changing her from her previous ghost colour, and wish I'd done this to my Poogle instead but WHATEVER she's a babe and we all know it.

Has anyone else had any pet transformations they want to share? Or any birthdays that need celebrating? <3

The boards say that there's no other clues available yet! I looked around a few places but didn't see anything (not that I was trying too hard). But OMGGGG this will be my first ever plot!

Hahaha I have absolutely no idea. It just looks so different from everything else. If I was in the Battledome and one of those popped out at me and started blasting fire attacks at me I'd be in hysterics (and also be in fear, because that would be savage). 

Oh! I love all of the fruit and vegie colours! The pepper chia will always have a special place in my heart <3

Is there any chance we could reopen this thread? My pet is currently in training and I know there are some red stones around the 13k whereas I keep getting slammed for some 20k ordinary stones at the Academy. Is 4/5 stones still the best time to start up-training to the Secret Ninja School?

Time is not so much of an issue for me, I'm more so trying to keep my expenditure at a minimum.

:( This is so awful! I think you did everything right though; you're not an idiot, if you didn't feel right there was a reason - even if you're not entirely sure what that reason was. You need to feel safe, and if you can't talk to your family and make a goal to move somewhere where you all feel safe together. Not feeling safe in your own home is the most horrible feeling and it doesn't ever lead to a good outcome :(

There's not so much happening right now in Neopia, but I'm sure something cool will happen soon to throw you right back into it all :D

Other than buying them, playing non-flash games like Solitaire and Pyramids are a good way to stumble upon map pieces!!!!!!!

I hope not! I like neopets because it's a nice little hour I can have to myself where I have mini goals and tasks that make me feel productive while I'm doing absolutely nothing.

I think maybe people aren't posting because there's nothing to talk about, like hrtbrk said! Don't worry there will be something to talk about soon I'm sure!

I always get some of the Red Codestones when I battle in the skirmishes! Almost one a day - and they're worth a fair bit!

I avoid the Wheel of Fortune (as it's usually more expensive than fortunate) and I always forget to do the wishing well!!!!!

It's interesting that the wheels are being skipped by so many people, I always thought I was the only one!

 Can you post your Wish List in the Christmas in July thread so we can quickly get you something you collect or want? Thanks!  :santa:
