I had predicted years ago that the Pound Pets would become a Plot for us to solve.I just didn't expect this very long LIMBO time where we wait, and wait, and WAIT!

Well, this is going as I expected...terribly! It is now 1:11 pm NST-way past the 10 am NST predicted, this is when we scramble to get our Food Club Bets in (obviously not happening today) and I'm on Day 7 of my Faerie Quest Fortune Cookie as I was training/ faerie quests to raise my BD Pet to have a higher Hit Points/Endurance. So I was trying to "chill" about their Shut Down, but it is getting me anxious now. How are you all handling this big inconvenience?

I told my siblings that as far as I can guess, like you point out- if this "Down for Maintenance" was supposed to be scheduled, TNT would have scheduled it in "midnight/less traffic on their website" hours and they would have announced it. I hope nothing really bad has happened- like a major hack or something.

I'm glad I got my Daily Quest "chores" done before this happened but my siblings have texted me to ask me if this was scheduled or did something happen. And of course they were waiting for the evening time to do their Daily Quests . It's almost TNT wants their website to be our only focus!

Finally! I have a filled in Stamp Page! 12/28/2023 I have been on for almost 10 years and this is at least 1 thing I can show for the struggle of being not a great Neopets player but at least a half-way decent Neopets player.

Why is Kokariia (my active Neopet) PLUSHIE-sized? She is tinier than my Baby Aisha? Is this some weird Krampus-bad-juju-mojo stuff going on today?

I am going to have to refuse these Tutorial Quests-the Treasure Map Quest is SO NOT WORTH IT!!!! I only had 1 map pieces and scrounged to find 5 others under 50k but the last 3 pieces were 695k a PIECE! I feel like TNT is making the Inflation problem WORSE!!! so done with this nonsense!

Me, too, Granny! No Spookies (Sway & Awakened) but I think Brains (Seekers) have more advantage over Brawn (Brutes) and possibly match ability (can we type s*k*i*l*l* here on TDN, I forget?) with the Crafty (Thieves). I was amazed last night when I forgot that Kokariia had gotten blasted by the Snowager while trying to steal an item (not the best Aisha thief apparently), and went to square up with the Snowager at the Frost Arena and was mortified that Kokariia was facing the Snowager at 700 hp and she was not at her usual 650 hp, but was at 8 hp. You can't cancel out of a battle and you can't use healing potions until the battle is over, so I was prepared for a humiliating defeat. Of course, the first Round, Kokariia starts the Lens Flare ability that prevents the opponent from doing damage to your Neopet but I was shocked to see that using the Sword of Malum and the Thistleberry Pingrenade did extensive damage to the Snowager-he dropped down to about 350 hp. Not expecting Kokariia to make it through the 2nd Round, I used Warlock's Rage and replaced the Thistleberry Pingrenade (1 use per battle) with the Void Blade and was surprised that she won the battle and didn't even lose any of her 8 hps. Kokariia's Prize for winning, 50 neopoints! Really? Unbelievable-not even a tan codestone. I really hope that this New Neopets World will come through on a Plot! Kokariia is in need of some new challenges.

A Random Event that I DIY : Don't you just LOVE IT when your Neopet takes the initiative to MAKE their own Petpet and Name it? You go, Atyniai! scoop up that soot from your Camp fire and make it your own!

I love how the Fire Faerie is the one shoves you out of the way from a CLOUD (from old Faerieland) crashes(?) to the ground and what? I might have lost the Robot Kougra, __Jayfeather____, who zapped to be a Red Skeith. But my FQFC Day 1 was the Grey Faerie asking for a Hopso and...asked the Rainbow Faerie to give me a Rainbow Dip. My Yellow Kougra is now CANDY!!! Like a Lisa Frank or Fruit Stripe Gum my mom remembers ! I am happy for Kasheerah to be the Beauty she always wanted to be.
