Are they ever going to change the items that can be dyed?

So I decided to try my luck, bite the bullet, spend a ton of NP on one last set of R98 items to see if I'd have a random bit of good luck.  I got...a Blue Draik Pencil, which sells for 250 NP.  :(

On the plus side, I did get the new Winter Charity Corner avatar.

Yup.  Lots of R90+ clothes for every species except those of my pets, and they don't sell.  :(  Anyone want some Dystopic Flotsam Shoes?  :)

Well, I changed my passwords, but the damage was done.  Hope someone's enjoying that Illusen's Diary.  :(  I tried donating a few more things but didn't receive anything good in return (most had a value of under 10000 NP).  Wish they were accepting toys this time around.  I have hundreds of Tyrannian Skeith Plushies....grrrrrrrrrr.

Is there something weird going on with the prizes?  I received an item worth *7 million neopoints!*  I put it up for trade - and now it's gone, a Red Frost Cannon has mysteriously appeared in my inventory, and some extra NP have appeared in my account.  Earlier I won a Fire Bori Morphing Potion, which disappeared from my inventory and was replaced with Space Faerie Blocks.  Anyone else have anything weird like this going on?

The Faerieland Employment Agency is another great way to earn NP.  Choose your jobs wisely (you can take up to 5 jobs per day) and you can earn at least 10000 NP!

I was aware of the OSG, but I have been noticing that I seem to get more Icy DFs than usual.

lightning_178 is now in the Gourmet Club Top 100, having eaten 985 gourmet foods!  (This is beginning to get expensive, though  :rolleyes_anim: )

Yay!  Finished all the challenges (I think this is the first year I've completed them all on the first day).  Go Villains!

I've done all the challenges on the same day so far, but man, do I hate some of these games.  (Ruins Rampage, I'm lookin' at you.)

I went with Villains not realizing that meant more action games as opposed to puzzles (which I'm better at).  Ah, shazzbot.

I joined the Brute Squad! I don't have the avatar yet for them which was the main reason behind my choice. ^_^

lightning_178 ate her 900th gourmet food today (a Green Chyrsaberry).  She's now at #147 in the top 200!

(Which Magical Chia Pop should I feed her next?  She's already been a chokato and an avocado...)

EDITED to add...I also got a Grey Paint Brush from the Alien Vending Machine, using a nerkmid I got fighting Jetsam Ace.  Woo!

After many years of gluttony, my lightning_178 is at #200 in the Gourmet Club top 200!  

EDIT:  I just noticed a new trophy in my lookup!  Sweet :)  

The Faerieland Employment Agency is another great source of income; you can do up to 5 jobs a day (3 in a row, then you have to wait at least 10 minutes to do the 4th and 5th).  If you're lucky you can get a job that gives you thousands of NP profit! 

As others have said, it definitely works for food.  (My resident gourmet Jubjub is happy about this, having eaten 758 rare foods!)  However, it seems some newer items haven't been translated, so as of now, lightning_178 is unable to enjoy Cog Crunchies or Screlon Juice.   :mellow:

I find that happens if, when it says "press any key to continue" or whatever, you press the right arrow key (ie the key you shoot with).  Press any key that isn't an arrow key and it should work!

Is it possible that the kind of Faerie quest you get is related to the time of day you accept the quests? Because I've been playing at roughly the same time every day and I got the Grey Faerie on day 1 and 4 and the Dark Faerie all the other days. (Plus the Grey Faerie used Dark Faerie magic on day 1.)

 

Or is it just random?

I don't think so.  I accept at different times of day, and so far all but one of my quests have been Light Faerie Quests.
