I got the Drackonack avie! I bought two of them and lined up cheese, drac, cheese, drac, cheese, drac. (Oh, and I didn't use vegan cheese and cheese. I just took out a bunch of items with cheese in their names for use.) 
 
And when I refreshed like crazy, both eat the cheeses. I've never gotten an avatar this quickly before, and now I'm up to 250 avatars!!! WHEEEEEEEEEE. 

I cracked open a FQ cookie and got the Grey Faerie today. I gave her a Mallard, and she sent me on my way to the Rainbow Pool.

I don't really train my pet that much, so I have a lot of codestones. 
 
What I've generally done is stockpile them, but during Christmas or wishlist times on TDN, I'll put out a post asking if anyone wants codestones. If anyone PMs me and says they'd like some, I usually send them a barrage. I figure it's a fun thing to do, plus I get to make someone happy.

I ended up getting 151. I have never been so happy to eek out by one point's difference.

these are just all of what people have said bunched together. There may be a few in here you haven't tried, but I do believe everyone has mentioned these.
 
#1: If you lose a life before Level 15, restart. You will need those lives later in the game.  
#2: Use the Space Bar to drop the petpet if you need to. Pick them up one-by-one and /ever so slowly/ move them away from Balthazar (they will most likely all be in one area further in the game, therefore there will be multiple petpets to move). Normally, you will get lucky enough to get a Snowflake and freeze Balthazar temporarily, but otherwise, this takes a lot of practice.  
#3:Use the Code freeze if necessary to freeze Balthazar for 3 seconds. The code acts like a snowflake.  
#4: Normally all of the petpets are cluttered together. Whether Balthazar is near or not, use the space bar to move them closer to the door individually, that way, you don't have to go all the way across the page each time. If you decide to do that, the odds of you completing the level are very slim. The only exception to this is if they are all cluttered in the bottom-left corner.  
#5: At the end of each level, once you have the last petpet, Balthazar will go up and either hide or somewhat freeze in a certain area. If you need to pause the game, you are safe to do so during that time. Personally, I don't recommend breaks, simply because when you come back you'll have the hardest level first. It's much easier when you go through the game step-by-step.  
#6: At the beginning of each level, start up in the top left corner. Obviously, don't go too far up, because if you do, you will be eaten and lose a life. But, if you stay near the paddock in that area, if any petpets are close to Balthazar at the beginning of the round, you can save them, whereas if you were on the other end of the screen, you wouldn't be capable of doing so.  
#7 Make the screen a pop out large screen, it makes it easier to see what's going on all over the grassy area  
Here's a video of someone getting the avatar score just to show you how it works and what to do. I definitely recommend moving fast! Don't stand still, move around and toward the petpets.

I feel so dumb. I've played this game for years and just learned you can use the spacebar to drop off petpets somewhere safe and then go back for the others from this thread.

this game makes me so angry and i want to break things. i keep trying to prove to myself i can get beyond 1750 and it's so luck dependent.

I got up to 17.4 seconds and it sent my score by accident. I hate how this game makes it to where you involuntarily send scores because you're still holding down the mouse. That's so ridiculous. I sent a score of 6. Literally six because of the mouse malfunction...... 

This is the first time a Daily Dare game got on my sisters nerves...normally she's calm and can get game scores quite quickly (unlike me, lol) but today she got VERY annoyed because she couldn't get anywhere near AAA's score and claimed the Computer Mynci was way too intelligent. She ended up giving up, settling for Abi's score and buying the Deserted Volleyball Court background.

Noooooo, this game is the WORST. I hate hate hate it. I feel like it's 20% skill and 80% waiting for the opponent to mess up. Ugh.
 
At least my highscore is 295, so I know it won't be impossible to get today's score. It will probably take me about 30 tries though.
(By the way, on the DD coverage page it says AAA's score is 750! I almost had a heart attack).

On my first shot at the game, I got 7775. I was so mad that I had gotten so incredibly close! I beat AAA about four games later but man was that frustrating!

Okay, who in their right mind would choose a speed boost over that gorgeous background?

I actually like Spacerocked. For me, it's a pretty zen sort of game (which I can't say for most games since I get super invested and stressed out). I was well above AAA's score with my high score, so I felt comfortable challenging him. I never expected to get the avatar too! :3 Good day on neopets all around.

The dress does look nice on Kacheeks! Thank you for posting your pet's lookup! Nice job with your snow kacheek! Another pretty pet!
 
You know, for being "piecemeal", everything seems to fit in, on your Zafara. I like the look!
 
I don't know how they pick the DD games, but the last two were challenging, for me. Someone on the Neoboards mentioned how, every DD, for one of the games (near the end), AAA will have a really high score. Time to get mentally prepared for that.

I think it's my fault Chariot Chase is the game today. Yesterday when I saw we were in Altador I unfortunately commented on my guild's board, "At least its not Chariot Chase!" It took me around four hours of playing off and on to beat AAA. 
 
Also my zafara is wearing all the prizes from the DD I just keep putting on the new ones over the old so she's a little piecemeal.
