I always start out trying for a rank a day as well, but only ever manage to do that the first 4 days. The requirements for the first 4 ranks line up perfectly with the amount of games I'm willing/able to play during the AC, but after that...
 
Btw, a tip for people who struggle with the Faerie Yooyu: what always works for me is walking as close to the goal as possible while holding it, then shooting it with quite some strength. When it only needs to travel a short distance, it usually won't swerve much.

Congratz on Rank 2! Good job! I just made it to Rank 5, tonight. Trying for a rank a day. We'll see how long I go. I got a late start. I am burned out, for today. And, yes, those Darigan Yooyus are rough! I had a game where the first was a regular yooyu, and I scored, but the second was Darigan. Let's just say the score was 1-0. I couldn't believe I went over 2 minutes with it! So, here is today's motivational song. Kind of silly, but after playing for a few hours, it does feel like 9 in the afternoon...

I was looking at our results from yesterday, and confused by the 1-0 in Make Some Noise (you don't see many scores of 1 or 0). So I looked at all Make Some Noise scores from yesterday...

I can't help but laugh. There must be some kind of glitch. Only 1's, 0's and 43's. XD (Even with the ACG on Roo Island this year, these scores make no sense whatsoever. Poor RI though, being stuck with an ACG makes winning a whole lot less fun.)

Not off to the start I was hoping. Definitely rusty with YooYu Ball, this year. Made it to Rank 1, but it is getting late, for me, to keep going, for today. I'm hoping tomorrow will be better. Since today is Day 1 of the AC, here is today's song:

Alright, tough day yesterday. It looks like we lost in all 4 games to Roo Island. Those crazy Rooligans! Anyhow, I'm working towards Rank 3. My goal is one rank a day. How are the rest of you doing? I posted today's motivational song in the "Neutral Territory" thread, posted here: https://www.tdnforums.com/topic/48502-neutral-territory-thread-ɔ˘⌣˘˘⌣˘˘⌣˘-c-all-teams-welcome/. Exactly what it says on the tin: I really want to reach All-Star this year, but I find Yooyuball incredibly boring after a couple of games. Is it possible to reach All-Star rank without it, or is there a minimum number of Yooyuball games I should put towards my total? I don't mind Slushie Slinger or SSD, so I'm happy to grind away at those (sounds weird, I know) while I watch TV or listen to music.

I TOTALLY AGREE with mouseykins.  Not only about Mother's Day, but every holiday.  I am not a scrooge by any means, but I feel they have become way too commercialized for one.  Every company has their hand out to make a buck.  I mean, imagine getting together for Christmas/Yule season without presents !!!  We decorate our house to the max, then hubby and I drive around and look at all of the lights and decorations on everyone else's house.  It is beautiful, and a fun way to spend time together.  Then, (hopefully there is a lot of snow) I like to sit in my nice warm house, with a hot cup of coffee, (tea or cocoa- your choice)look at the snow, and be thankful for my nice warm house, my friends and my family. (I am not trying to sound cliche).  Second, as mouseykins said, we should be grateful, thankful, and appreciative of our family EVERYDAY, not just on the holidays.  Hubby always comes home with something for me.  Not just because it's my birthday or some holiday, just because he loves me. (awwwe).  LOL.  
Hallmark has capitalized on every single holiday, and has even come up with a few of their own.  I have banned cards.  SERIOUSLY!  I don't buy them, EVER!  I think they are a waste of money and they just end up in the trash creating more waste.  I would rather someone write their OWN feelings toward/about me, than buy someone else's words for me.  I absolutely love/loved it when my kids make me cards.  Those are the best ones, and I still have all of them in my keepsake album.
Another example, when people are in the hospital visitors come out of the woodwork all of a sudden.  People who haven't called or visited in years are suddenly coming to visit in the hospital.  I rarely visit people in the hospital unless it is dire.  I will send a note, a gift, or give them a quick call, then visit them when they get home.  TRUST ME, as a nurse, I know, when people are in the hospital it's because they are sick and need to rest!  All of a sudden they have 20 visitors per day and they can't get the rest they so desperately need.  And it never fails, as soon as the person falls asleep, another visitor stops in.  Let the person get the rest they need. (they are getting woken up enough by hospital staff as it is).  Once they are home and feeling better, then stop in and visit.  

I'd like to wish all our Mums on here a Happy Mother's Day!
Personally I don't celebrate Mother's Day because I think my children should express their love and appreciation for me all the time and not have it emphasized on one particular day.
This year we did something special though! Two months ago my husband and I welcomed our third child and today we Dedicated her at church. Our Pastor suggested we have her Dedication today and we agreed. It was a beautiful morning!

@jellysundae Yeah, creepy x 20 sounds about right! We'll be battling our buns off and looking over our shoulder for those Creepy Twins!   Look out Awakened, I am siding with you for a boon so don't come lurking behind me in the room!  I guess this is the best way to overcome some fears I have.
