jennoying_sparkle
I'm not sure if anybody has been experiencing this recently too, but ever since flash ended, half the time I try to go on certain pages on neopets, the page becomes unresponsive about 5 seconds in. These pages include neomail, neoboard preferences, and island training. There's not even flash on these pages. There are probably more, but these are the ones at the top of my head and where I experience this the most. I'm using chrome browser if that helps. Restarting my computer doesn't seem to work either. Just that after maybe an hour or 2, I'll come back and it's okay again. Is anybody else experiencing this? Is there something I should do to prevent the pages from freezing? It's becoming really frustrating to play. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
jellysundae
I'm not having this issue. I use Firefox. This isn't especially helpful for you, I'm aware.
GlitchtaleLover
It's been happening to me too! Mostly I just refresh the page, and I've noticed that if you don't keep the page up for too long it might be fixed? I'm sorry that this probably doesn't help, I hope it gets fixed soon! hrtbrk
If you are using "Adblock" as an adblocker, try switching to uBlock Origin adblocker instead. Adblock has been processing thousands of ads on Neopets pages for some reason and it is causing lag. Other users have reported no lag issues after swapping to uBlock Origin. jennoying_sparkle
Yeah, I'm using Adblock, thanks! That might be the problem then. I'll try uBlock Origin.
