My predictions:

1) TM- The obvious new pick for stealth.

2) KD- Winners curse got nothin on dem'

3) RI- Despite losing many of there all stars last year they came back to 3rd with the help of SOTAC, a group of roo island all stars from AC 3.

4) KI- They are a strong team, stronger than DC by far but are sometimes lacking.

 

5) MQ- They have a growing base =D

6) MD- [Removed] gave them a big lasting popularity that bumped them to a high second tier group.

7) KL- The kikos will be very tricky. Either very good or very low. :medieval:

8) LD- They will have a comeback and reach the podium soon

 

9) BV- They would be a pick for STEALTH/[Removed] but its unsure.

10) DC- DC's reign is over :P They lost their touch. Kinda like RI after AC 5.

11) VP- They have some loyal fans but arent that strong yet.

12) SK- Probably one of the highest all star groups but the theme attracts too many free loaders.

 

13)HW- After AC 2, this team hasnt been much of a threat. And their AC 7 performance was horrid.

14)MT- I have a feeling this team will grow slowly.

15)TY- They have a base but freeloaders will affect their usual 2nd/3rd tier finish.

16)MI- They need some outside help.

 

17) AL- They are stronger than FL but will most likely be getting swept.

18) FL- Not much to say here.

I'm not going to predict everyone because I'm just way too lazy for that. But here are my predictions:

 

1. DC (I'm a bit biased though)

I'll change up my predictions a bit:

1. Whatever team [Removed]. joins

2. Stealth

3. remnant of SOTAC

4. some smaller cheating group

 

Wait, here's the teams:

1. TM - A gamble I guess, depends on stealth/[Removed]

2. KD - Just like KI....

3. DC - after a slump last year, they should recover this year

4. MQ - might sneak in to the podium, if only the bracket system wasn't so messed up

5. KL - Definitely have lots of room for improvement, I think they could do it this year

6. KI - KI might fall a bit, but not much

7. LD - Can't figure my own team out...

8. HW - HW continues to improve, but their rise might be hampered by that Wraith member

9. RI - They will definitely fall due to SOTAC leaving/dissolving, but their dedicated fan base should do enough to keep them afloat in the top half

10. MD - MD continues to struggle...don't expect much improvement

11. BV - Despite yearly speculations on BV's rise, they never live up to it. Can they do it now? I don't think so.

12. VP - They'd have to work on their side games, but their YYB is good

13. SK - Can't seem to get out of the bottom 6...

14. MI - Going to improve, but will stay near the cellar for quite some time...

15. TY - [Removed] leaving will definitely have a huge impact, I expect dedicated tyrannians to switch and lots of freeloaders after their dominating margins

16. MT - Year after year, MT is projected to improve, but they're not improving much because of their steampunk theme...

17. FL - Nothing to say here

18. AL - quadrillion freeloaders + bye bye Stealth and secondary cheating group + historically the worst team

1. MD (seems like they've been going up and down on the podium.)

2. KD (Seems like they will be the new KI, up and down as close as second and down to 7th)

3. DC (Seriously they seem like they settle in 3rd)

4. MQ (I think they will gain consistency and move to 4th)

5. LD (They seem to have a pattern of going to 12-13 and then 5 so I think that's where they'll stand this year, of course I want them to win :P)

6. KI (I feel a fall back because they traded, kinda like how moltara and tyrannia traded then they came on 1st and 18th, but this version is less :P)

7. TM (Been okay for a while, I think the'll just stay in 7th.)

8. HW (That draik is gonna get them some players and boost them up a little!)

9. RI (Seems like a average place for them.)

10. VP ( I can see them going up a little)

11. SK (I really want them to pull ahead but I just can't predict them to :I)

12. KL (I think their fans will push hard to raise 2-3 spots this year!)

13. BV (Nice team 13th is good for them)

14. MI (MI could take this spot as well as they have been playing it low the past few year and I don't think they'll advance)

15. TY or AL (The biggest winners curse yet for TY IMO, reason: TY was never a strong team and with all the majors leaving, I think they won't do to good. People might be pulling for AL as well but with the majors leaving they wont make it to far, it could go ether way)

16. AL or TY (the other one :P)

17. MT (I feel like their going to boost up a space with more fandom then FL it seems)

18. FL (This is my prediction every year, it never seems good for FL, popularity wise seems like it's been gaining but I feel it's going to be hard to catch up :I)

My Predictions are as followed:

1st: Meridell - A bit biased, but also many people predict this and so do I, Meridell for the cup!

2nd: Darigan Citadel - Same with Lost Desert and Krawk Island, Darigan Citadel has always placed in the top 10, and this year should be no different.

3rd: Krawk Island - Same with Lost Desert, as they are always a top tier team.

4th: Maraqua - Too many times getting in the top 10, but i just feel that this is not their year, but will still place fairly high.

5th: Terror Mountain - I pray for them, as i love their design, and i hope to see them place well.

6th: Lost Desert - Lost Desert is always a high tier team, so i predict them to do well.

7th: Tyrannia - Again with Altador, Kreludor and Kiko Lake, their all star team is fading, and so are they.

8th: Haunted Woods - Points for the new Draik, and hopefully they improve as they are really cool looking team.

9th: Kreludor - Suffers the same fate of Altador, now that their all star team slowly leaves, they will slump back to their irrelevant status.

10th: Mystery Island - Mystery Island is always a middle to middle-low tier team, so 10th is almost too generous.

11th: Roo Island - Same with Shenkuu, Roo Island used to be a top tier team but now, not so much

12th: Virtupets - “Maybe it’s because our lineup is 40% robots."

13th: Brightvale - Brightvale in its same old, same old position.

14th: Shenkuu - Oh Shenkuu, you used to be so good. What happened to you?

15th: Kiko Lake - Same with Altador, now that their all star team has left, they will slump back to their original location.

16th: Altador - Now that stealth left Altador, they will return to their original location, just above Faerieland, very close to last place.

17th: Faerieland - Even TNT has no hope for Faerieland, by their story.

18th: Moltora - There is no hope left for Moltora.

I'll change my predictions a bit, due to some...developments recently

1. HW - Who knows, maybe a ton of freeloaders (as evidenced on ~GDP) might hamper the tyrants...they gained nearly 60% new members since last year (relative to the total players in the AC)

2. DC - The "secondary cheating group" (a.k.a. Stealth's sidekick last year) has joined the Minions, I wonder how much impact they'd have, especially since one of six AC players join DC (~GDP)

3. VP - Stealth joins VP, but a repeat for VP so soon is unlikely, given stronger opposition

4. KD - Should bounce back very well, but too many influential groups, both legit and illegit are clogging the podium

5. KI - KI might fall a bit, but not much

6. MQ - might sneak in to the podium, if only the bracket system wasn't so messed up

7. LD - They've lost some freeloaders, so LD should bounce back a bit, just not to the level of KI and DC just yet

8. KL - Definitely have lots of room for improvement, I think they could do it this year...but a lot of groups competing up there...

9. RI - They will definitely fall due to SOTAC leaving, but their dedicated fan base should do enough to keep them afloat in the top half

MQ is only getting worse and worse however, and I'm predicting it falling into last place, or second to last, getting creamed even by FL! We have no cheaters or bandwagoners on our team this year, and it shows. COME BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!

I too, want to make predictions based off of what has happened so far.

 

1st- Haunted Woods (they have waited for a return, for so long)

2nd- Moltara (they are fighting for anything better than last at this point :P)

3rd- Virtupets (wanting to prove that they can be a powerhouse)

4th- Kiko Lake (wanting to bask in some glory)

5th- Mystery Island (same^)

6th- Meridell (obviously a team that can go either way)

7th- Tyrannia (they will probably lose steam farther into the season)

8th- Darigan Citadel (same^)

9th- Kreludor (same^)

10th- Brightvale (wanting to prove that they can be a better team)

11th- Krawk Island (too many freeloaders)

12th- Maraqua (not quite sure what is wrong...)

13th- Lost Desert (wanting to be best of the worst...)

14th- Shenkuu (definitely need to bounce back if they ever want glory again)

No actually, Stealth, SOTAC, and ERVO decided to join VP at the same time, HW has the cheaters, and probably MT too(?)

 

The podium is basically sealed, TY suddenly looks like a great contender (the winners curse has finally been broken!!!), and KI looks like a 10th place team.
