Maybe it's because the old fruit machine did not have that "fruit machine feel" with the rolling wheels of symbols like the slot machines as it supposed to whilst Tombola and Fishing are pretty much lucky dip so there wouldn't be much exciting animation to it. Sounds to me like the Fruit Machine got a major visual rehaul but not too many new prizes (besides NP increases), whereas Tombola and the Fishing Vortex actually got new prizes.
