I just recently became a fantastic member. Although I had no idea I was going to become one until it happened. I didn't realize it had anything to do with post count lol.

I didn't know that either before. I thought people were just FMs for some random reason. It took me a while to figure it out, lol.

Who all here still goes on Neopets regularly, and who doesn't? I don't go on Neo much, just mainly the LC, the SM, and Rockfishies. <3

I go on regularly, pop on my guild chat every so often to try catch up with everyone though. Don't seem to have time to check it every day.

Um...actually, I was going to go to the dentist today, the highlight of my day, but it got rescheduled. And just call me JB.

As entertaining as your random name changes are, I miss your JB names.

 

I'm on Neopets daily. All day when I'm at work (lots of downtime) and hit and miss when I'm off work. If I'm home, I'm generally on and playing games for at least part of the day.

 

Today is my last day of work for the week :D So once 1 pm hits, I'm done with work until Sunday. After I get off work, I'll be stopping by to see my mom and run errands with her.

Do you have any braces or Invasalign or that sort of thing, or is it just a regular appointment?

Nope, I had braces a long time ago. One of my fillings chipped and I had to get it repaired.

Ouch, that sounds painful. Though my least favorite part about the dentist has never been pain, it's been the sounds. I wish I had an iPod or something to listen to the entire time.

It wasn't too bad although my mouth is super numb still and I just want to eat lol.

Time for a milkshake! :D Milkshakes make everything better. (And using a straw with a numb mouth is fun)

I've been drinking 7 up for now until the numbness wears off. I had to use a straw though because I couldn't seem to drink it without one lol. My family and I are going to Old Country Buffet tonight for dinner so I'll be eating a lot then to make up for lunch.

I love Old Country Buffets! They're probably my favorite restaurant when I get to go to the states and find one.

They are pretty delicious! I don't know how long it's been since you've been to one but I really like their new "drink bar." They added icees/slushies and a couple of flavors of cappuccino and hot chocolate.

I haven't been to one of those buffets in ages. When I was younger, we went a lot because a friend of my mom's loved them. But I haven't been in probably 9-ish years, the night before my sister got married.

 

A drink bar sounds awesome. I'll have to see if we have one here.

A drink bar? That does sounds wicked! I wish there were Old Country Buffets around here. We used to have buffets called "Ponderosa", but they all closed down. :(

:O I remember Ponderosa! I thought I was crazy, because it's been gone so long. We had one here. I loved their shell pasta.

 

We also had a place called the King's Table, which pretty much no one here remembers anymore.

 

We do have one of the Country Buffets here too.

We have a couple of ponderosa's out here as well but I'm not really a fan. There isn't much their I like, I tend to be a really picky eater. We have a couple of Golden Corals too but I've only been there once. I'm considering going back because I keep seeing commercials for a chocolate fountain and I want to check that out lol.
