ah, that could be it, I'm in Canada, and my inventory says loading too, I got my isp to reboot my internet signal and it was still happening, this started about 10:30-11 pm my time, (which would have been around 6:30 PST), and I think they do have servers for different countries, oh well, as I said my roommate filed a ticket on it and I will probably file one myself, but they probably won't be able to do anything about it until tomorrow anyway. Edit: I can access some things like Grave danger and the shops, but just certain items like Trudy, the battledome and games aren't working, wonder if it's a security thing.

no, I switched to my work computer and tried it on there, and it's still giving me a 403 forbidden error on my shop, the shop wizard still will not search and when I click on battle I get this message: "Oops! Something went wrong while trying to start the battle. Please reload the page and try again. " I'm going to try and access my account from another location later to see if it is just the neopets site security not liking my internet ip-that has happened before and when my isp reset my signal, it worked.

But as my roommate Catherine said, it's annoying when she's trying to play the Altador cup and getting that message. And another update: it won't allow any of us into the battledome and when we try to use the shop wizard, it gives an error as well. Has anybody ever heard of this?

I went to the Altador cup page and clicked on one of the games and got this message: An Error occurred when connecting to neopets services! and then just for the fun of it, I clicked on my shop and it gave me a 403 Forbidden error. Anybody else seen this tonight? update: one of my roommates tried her neopets account as well and she's getting the same messages. she filed a trouble ticket with neopets.

JellyNeo has a post about it, it has to do with the fact that the time on the Neopets servers is out of sync. They stated that the workaround was to look at the number code provided by your one-time password app, note the time on your phone or computer, and then wait until the time on Neopets moves ahead by the amount of seconds and matches the time you started at on your computer before entering the code, basically entering the number codes from your 2FA app when Neopets catches up to the time when you viewed the code. Edit: and I just saw your edit, lol, but they do have a good post about it.

yeah, I definitely don't have the original e-mail I used, I only used it for neopets and had issues with it, so it's long gone. I don't go on the boards very much anyway only when there's an issue happening and I check to see if it's just me or other people are reporting it.

Jellyneo says there are some glitches, if you don't see the neggs the first time, go back to Mira and Kari, refresh the page and run through the dialogue again-to quote JellyNeo "make sure that when you refresh the page, you see the list of "Clues" and "Quest Log". If you do not see the below logs, then you need to run through the dialogue again (click the "Skip" button on the top left to breeze through)."

yeah, I get that error all the time too, it's crazy and annoying, especially when the item you were trying to buy is then bought by somebody else when you have to refresh the page because of the glitch

these items are all specific to a certain neopet, so they will not show up if your neopet is not the one the item was designed for-for example you have a Kau highlighted and your hat is only for Mynci's, your glasses are for Jetsams, etc. So unless you have any of these item specific neopets, they will not appear in the customization, only items made for all neopets or in this case specific to a Kau.

my favourites are a toss up between Kougras and Draiks, least favourites are Kikos and Jubjubs.

I found ever since this update, that I haven't been able to see the worms in Moltara, I have a few of them, but I was trying to get the black one and refreshing at the times I had notated, but no black worm, do I have to get rid of the other ones I have and start over?

The Order hasn't won in a long time, I wonder what gives?

huh, now that's funny, I used the at symbol in my temporary password and it lets me in ok, one of my roommates did as well, so I will let her know to check it when she gets up. I'll remember that for next time about the forgot my password, as none of my roommates and I want to get locked out of our accounts.

I changed my password to a temporary password (as per Jellyneo) and it let me back in ok, try contacting them on twitter with your ticket number, it seems to get fixed faster that way

I'm in Canada and I just tried to purchase neocash with my cc, and it just seemed to hang there and didn't go through? I know there was a big outage yesterday, but that was only for debit cards and cc was working, or is Neopets cc provider down? *********** Or was there an announcement that I didn't hear about?
