    @babayaga67 That's a horrifying tale.
Once people like that latch onto you they're close to impossible to get rid of. : / He's gonna know he's not welcome, but he quite seriously will not care that you don't want him in your home.
I think people with that mentality rely on the fact that most people are decent, and too polite to literally kick them out on their ass, so they spend their lives taking advantage of this, it's disgusting.

I had an unwelcome guest. He had only been over at my house while he was "passing through town" once before. He visited my husband out in the garage, and then didn't leave. My husband works from home, and the garage is his office. The visitor stayed out in the garage for almost two weeks before he had to leave for some random reason.
Last month he was going to be "passing through town" again. I told my husband that he could hang out, but that he was not sleeping here, or staying for more than 15 hours straight. I didn't care if he had to sleep in his car, he was not welcome to stay here. My husband agreed. Neither of us were happy with how things turned out last time. My husband explained the situation, and visitor agreed not to actually stay at my house.
I knew that he would be hanging around for a bit, because while he had been out of town, his room mate had starved his dog and she had died. I get that he wouldn't want to go back to that, but that did not mean that he was moving into my house.
Unfortunately, the visitor didn't actually care about out house rules, and came up with one excuse after another to stay and sleep in my garage. I did not have much contact with the visitor, but my husband kept leaving this guy out there because "his car couldn't make the trip," or "I am really tired and can't stay out there right now."
I was almost seven months pregnant at the time, and the only chances I had to see my man were when he came inside to sleep. I hit the end of my rope after almost three weeks of not getting to spend time with my family, and having some person that I don't actually know in my home.
I went out there when my husband came back inside one day, and told him that he needed to leave. I pulled the crazy prego lady card, and told him to get out until my husband had had a break. It took him almost five minutes to get up off of the couch, because he was "tired," and I "needed to give him a minute." He finally did pick himself up off of the couch and started gathering his things, all the while spouting non sense about how he "is independently wealthy," and that I "think that he's some homeless bum, but he has his own house up in the mountains," and blah blah blah. You know how self righteous people get when they are offended.
I would have let all of that go, but them he opened his bag, pulled out a gun, popped the clip out and back in. I was alone with him, and while he did not point the gun at me, or threaten me verbally, he was very angry and he did it to try to send me a message. I have been around guns all of my life, so I am very desensitized to them. Plus, he was acting so childish that I couldn't take him seriously at that point. It is my house, and he had no right to be there, gun or no gun. What made me angry was that he had brought a gun into my house, around my kids, and he didn't tell either my husband or myself.
The 'guest' has stopped by a few times since then, twice without any warning. He is no longer allowed on the property, I have told my husband that if I find him here I am calling the cops, and that I will press charges for trespassing. The visitor does not seem to understand, and has tried to speak with me a few times since then because he thinks that I'll just get over it. I don't like to hold grudges, and I know that it isn't good for you, but I don't forgive people for endangering my family.
I also happen to strongly believe in the saying, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."
I don't do guests very well to begin with. People like that jerk ruin it for everyone else.
Sorry for the rant. Thank you for reading. Enjoy that AC XII!

If it was in the pound, then it is safe for you to adopt. "Pound lending" risks that, and it is always better to transfer a pet, than to try and "pound lend". If you like the Draik, I'd say keep it. If someone was in the middle of a "pound lend", and they Neomail you about, then you have two options: return/give it back or keep it. Personally, I'd give it back. However, if you decide to keep it, you should be fine. TNT/JS would most likely tell the person that since they put the pet in the pound, then it is free for anyone to adopt. Well, those are my thoughts, anyway.

    Drackonoack - Hungry!
I have had a drackonack and two cheese in my inventory for over a week. Every day I will leave my laptop on the counter while I'm cooking and refresh it in between chopping or mixing. Nothing. I thin that my drackonack is on a diet :(

I was just checking my profile page just because, and I have a trophy for third place at Tax Beast. I have never played that game. I can't even find it on neopets.
What is going on here? How did I get this trophy?

I liked this game when I played it for the top gamer avatar, not much good at it (no surprise there!) but it's cute.
Now to look at the score I got compared with what I need today...
    Oh dear...
    Abigail's score: 79  My high score: 35
    This isn't looking hopeful.
*looks at @Angeló's comment and pokes him in the ribs* Shut up you

This one is going to take me a while to beat, which I am okay with. Yesterday I made the mistake of not getting on neopets until almost ten at night. I thought that I was going to lose my Chadley streak yesterday. I am sure that I will be able to beat it today, even if it takes me four hours (I'll just wait until the kids take their naps).
I don't know who set up this crew, but I think that Captain Arf is the last person that they should have put behind the wheel.

I don't know if it is just me, but I have not not received one 'EEP' or 'Eureka' this year from the Deserted Tomb. It has been over three months since I have received something. I don't always play everyday, but I do play it at least four times a week, usually six or seven. Am I just having a streak of crazy luck, or is it bugging out?
The Underwater Fishing says that you can 'fish' once every twelve hours. I have heard stories of some people not having to wait that long, but, for some reason, none of my pets are able to go fishing more than once every twenty-four hours. The page keeps telling me that I need to wait longer. I only really started noticing the delay on Underwater Fishing about three weeks ago.
Are the Neo Gods out to get me, or has someone else been smote (smitten? smotten? smited?) as well?

I got a EUREKA! just yesterday, but they do seem pretty rare. I often consider not bothering with the Tomb because of that.
I stopped for a long time once I got the avatar because the Geraptiku items are all r.101, but since Charity Corner I'm back in full-on hoard everything mode so I'm back to doing all the Dailies that I'd not bothered with for quite a while. I just donate the r.101 items that will be useful to someone else (books and food) and swing between discarding and SDBing the other things, depending on how suspicious I'm feeling.
I say suspicious, because part of me is quite positive that one day, one HORRIBLE day, TNT will dream up some use for those r.101s that everyone throws away, and we'll all be screaming.

oh man this is exactly my experience too!   I actually skip the tomb now every day because I've never gotten anything good from it, and usually I set off that awful arrow trap haha
also, fishing has been doing this to me too!  It's told me I should be more patient a few times after 24 hours and I'll just skip it that day ahaha.  I have no patience for that!

After two more scores of 428, I beat Chadley with a 485! And that is good enough for me! I now quit this game - good day to you.

So I've never done a Team Challenge before, and I didn't know that I had to wait until AFTER I had a partner to send my score. I feel REEEAAAALLY stupid right now, and thought that I would share this just in case anyone else made the same mistake. It's not just you, there is at least one other empty headed neopet player out there.
Can i still get a trophy? I have beat Chadley's score everyday so far, even though I messed up the Team Challenge.

When you're planning on giving someone else neopoints, you should always take these two editorial questions into consideration:
It will always be risky no matter what method you use to transfer those neopoints (trading post, auctions, etc). Then again, with the state of the site, it makes me wonder how strictly Jumpstart enforces those rules.

Most websites have policies against cyber bullying. If your friend were to report the jerk (or you can do it), then they would most likely be blocked from using that website. It might take a few days, but people take bullying very serious so I am sure that it would be resolved.

Personally, I'm a saver. I would recommend saving up enough so that when you buy your pb your funds aren't wiped out completely. When I have the urge to go on a spending spree I make myself only use what's in my shop till what I get from dailies or play games to have NPs to spend. That way I get to spend but also don't use up all of my savings.

I am a procrastinator. I have always been, and I likely always will be. I wound up pregnant. I was planning on having an abortion. I know that there are plenty of people who are against abortion, but I am not making that argument here. All I am saying is that neither my boyfriend nor I were ready for a kid. I procrastinated. Next thing I knew, I was 6 months pregnant.
That's a bit too late in the game to be able to have an abortion, so we just said "Oops," and started getting ready to raise a baby.
I was 25 years old, and scared out of my mind. Somehow I managed to pull off raising a baby boy for an entire year. A little after that first year, I looked at my boyfriend, and told him to make me another baby.
The doctors did a great job though, and I am now pregnant with my third child in as many years! I had my first ultrasound this morning, and everything seems to be just as perfect as it was with my first two.
My first born is a boy, which is what I always wanted, because now everyone else will have a big brother to protect them. My second is a girl, and I will be relying on her big brother when I'm not around to punch any guys in the face who try to hurt her.
My husband and I both have brown hair and brown eyes. My son has blonde hair and blue eyes, and my daughter has dark red hair and brown eyes.
My son's colors came from my dad, while my daughter matches my mother. My husband's mother has gorgeous green eyes, which less than ten percent of the population has, and a light red/brown hair color. His father was brown hair and brown eyes.
I do not care if this baby is a boy or a girl (I still have both of their baby clothes, so I'm all set either way). I am crossing my fingers for those green eyes though!

I know that most people will tell you that procrastination is a terrible habit, but I am so grateful that I was lazy! I love my kids. I love my husband. I love my dog. I never imagined when I was 25 that I could be this happy!
I am freaking out a bit, because I have no idea how on earth I am going to handle three kids aged three and under, but I am looking forward to every second.

I really only meant to write a little bit... oops
