Ah, okay. I assumed it was made by neo-faeriewings, as the tag with the background image still used one of their images. Either way, I think the dimensions of the image are key here, as the image currently isn't big enough to fill the page and accommodate all the info on the user lookup. It's possible to play with the size of the 'about me' section, as the text is included in the code you shared, but - as far as I can tell (I've never tried to make a user lookup before) - there's a limit to how small the 'user info' text + image can get. I've altered the #blog CSS to make it fit into the 'about me' section on your image: #blog { position: absolute; top: 160px; left: 370px; width: 170px; height: 175px; overflow: auto; } But I think you're going to need a bigger image to make the existing content of the user lookup fit properly. (I played around with the values of #userinfo by using the preview section of my own user lookup, and it's possible to alter top and left to get it in the correct spot, but no matter how small I made the width and height, at a certain point the content just wouldn't shrink any further, so I couldn't get it to fit into the 'user info' section on your image.) Oh, and I think the background image (for which you're currently using the neo-faeriewings image: background: url("http://www.neo-faeriewings.com/userlookups/neggfaerie2look2.jpg");) needs to be altered as well, as it needs to align with the border of the 'my trophies' section, and match the colours of this section and the background. (For reference, see this image from neo-faeriewings, which has the user lookup picture, and this matching background image.) Sorry I can't be of more help; my HTML/CSS knowledge is fairly limited, and my image design skills are nonexistent.

I think the problem might be that the image you're using (http://i.postimg.cc/BZg15fJj/Untitled13-20211024143921.png), has been uploaded to an image hosting site, and therefore might have different dimensions than the original one from http://www.neo-faeriewings.com/userlookups.php. If I try your code in the Tryit Editor from W3Schools, and use the image link of one of the user lookups I got from the URL above, it works just fine, but if I use the post image link you've been using (while making no other changes), the image appears to be quite a bit smaller, which is why the text isn't aligned with the sections on the image. I suggest using the contact page of neo-faeriewings to get in touch with the person who created the user lookup design. Perhaps they've got the original image, or they can suggest which dimensions the image should be.

Hmmm, good question. I don't think I can be too strict when it comes to a randomly thrown together entry. Just because whoever came up with how they would make these NFTs didn't even bother to use all the available items when randomly generating pets, doesn't mean that we necessarily have to limit ourselves to the same badly thought-out ideas.

Okay, so I (somewhat) accidentally left this open the entire week, and I guess the tie is slightly less horrible than it was a week ago. I guess I'll just have to deal with it, because it's obvious that everybody loved all the entries this round (and rightfully so).

The more I stare at these Free NFTopets, the more they're starting to grow on me. (As in "this might have given me an idea for a Runway theme", not in the "I'd like to own an NFT" sense. )

So I was looking at the votes, because I wanted to start closing the round, and... a four-way tie for second place??? Seriously??? I always dread closing rounds with ties anyway (the editing software of this message board is not kind to aligning text and images), but a four-way tie in a round with two entries per person?!? Even if I "break" the tie, I'd end up either with a 3-way tie for 3rd place, or two 2-way ties. (Or even more, if I'd vote for #1 as well.) I... I'm going to wait a bit to see if we get any more votes (and also try to think of a good way to close this round), so there's a good chance I won't close it today. My apologies!

I just found a post which indicates it might have to do with missing certificates on your computer, or with your computer having an incorrect date. (Although it's weird that it's not happening on all browsers.) Not sure if either of those things could be the case for you - you'd think neither of those things would randomly happen, but my own laptop definitely resets the date/time occasionally (when it's not supposed to), and I've had issues with my work laptop that I traced to a missing CA certificate (even though I'm certain it was there before), so it might be worth looking into. (Also - and I'm guessing you know this already - support for Windows 7 ended on January 14, 2020, which does mean your computer is more at risk for bugs/security issues, so while I doubt it's related to your current issue, it might be worth looking into upgrading to Windows 10 - even though I totally understand preferring Windows 7.) Edit: Here's a website that has some suggestions for fixing this error on Chrome.

I don't know, while I definitely think it's possible that several people would use the same account/name to respond to tickets, I guess I don't really see the point of it... If they'd want employees to be anonymous/hiding behind a fake name, why these three names? Why not switch it up every couple of years? Isn't it much more likely that the different responses are a result of them being people who have good days and bad days? XD In any case, I doubt they'd assign people a "character" based on their mood; I'm thinking most organisations wouldn't purposely make sure they have an unhelpful support employee. XD (And I can totally picture people having this job for 10+ years, btw. Maybe they have multiple jobs; not an uncommon thing, unfortunately. And the job market hasn't exactly been booming this past decade.) But maybe I only think all of this because I've never contacted the Neopets support team, and therefore have zero experiences with any of these people, nor do I have any opinions on their personalities. (I had no idea people mostly/only had negative experiences with Rico, but, then again, I'm not sure I'd actually heard of Rico before. ) The fact that they feel the need to mention both in their FAQ and their tweets that this partnership is totally legitimate is... indicative of how people still view NFTs, I suppose. XD (I mean, honestly, I can't wrap my head around them either. I'm a millennial. I have a degree in media studies. I'm a software engineer. And... my brain just kinda goes boom whenever I try to think about the mechanics of NFTs. )

Hmm, while I can see what you're going for, Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde never actually work/appear together. I'm really looking for duos: people/characters known for how they interact with each other. So, sorry, but no. (As you pointed out, they're a transformation of the same character, and Dr. Jekyll & Mr Hyde were actually the winning entry for the Transformation round I linked to above.) I remember reading about it at some point, so I did some googling, and apparently Donna (one of Neopets' co-creators) confirmed it in a Reddit AMA. (I had no idea that the rules for naming pets included things like this though!)

I had no idea extensions like Ruffle even existed, so I did some Googling, and came across this Reddit thread that discusses ways to enable Flash. One comment mentions they can't send game scores with Ruffle though. (It also links to a Neopian Times question which shows it is allowed to use these kinds of things to play games/send scores, which is something I wasn't entirely sure of, to be honest.) Personally, I wouldn't recommend using anything Flash related anymore though, as you're definitely opening your computer up to vulnerabilities. So... use any of the things mentioned in that post at your own risk, I guess.

By the looks of it (the page you linked to included a link to the 'NC Collectibles' page, which has a section devoted to 'The Magic of Maraqua'), only the last of these items is still available (it's currently in the NC Mall), and since each of the 5 items was available in a different month, I don't think it's possible to get the bonus item this way anymore (you'd have had to buy each Magic of Maraqua item since May). Perhaps you can see if it's available through trades. Good luck!
