I just played the Fruit Machine, as always, and I got two Ummagine. The third wheel stuck on the third Ummagine for a moment before falling to the Tchea.  What I want to know is: has anyone ever gotten all three Ummagine, or is it a Neopian legend?

It took me thirty tries, and I still didn't get the item.  You can only fail on that scale so many times before you give up.

Personally, it's "bittersweet", for me. On one hand, I always look forward to Daily Dare and GMC. GMC is fun, challenging, frustrating, and sometimes stressful. But, I like getting trophies and prizes. And always have fun picking a side. On the other hand, it usually happens during US Thanksgiving time, and I've almost missed a day, due to cooking, traveling, or celebrating with friends. So, I guess I won't have to worry about it, this year.

Now, if they postpone the Advent Calendar, me an TNT are going to have words! Well, you know, like "pretty please don't postpone", and "throws a plate of brownies", and stuff like that.

For me, it will be a nice break from GMC. I'm hosting Thanksgiving, and I'm busier than dragonfly avoiding bass! If you need help having words with TNT, I've a few *holds up an apple-pear crumble pie*

They're really not much of a problem here in the UK, in 2008 we had so much rain, all summer long, there was widespread flooding over much of the country, and there was a LOT of mozzies that year. I opened my front door and there's was hundreds of 'em all over the wall in my bit of corridor. o_o I vaccuumed them all up, didn't know how else to get rid of them. Bet the fish will have loved it though, all the eggs/larvae to eat.

I guess because we're a modest-sized island we don't have anywhere near the amount, variety  or size of insects that you guys on larger landmasses do.

To be honest, I have yet to see the mosquito that's in therapy from someone swatting at it.

Yes, I did mean 8:30AM. For the record, it's now 3:25PM, and the racket is still going on. I had to cancel my plans for today, and that made me mad! I *will* (Pun intended) see Aladdin this week!

You would think that a new roof would fall under the Yay column, but not so much.  I have been waiting for the roof guys to come since last Thursday. On Thursday, they never showed.  Friday? They no showed again! I was beginning to get a mite riled (Sorry, I'm southern). It's Tuesday, and they finally showed up at 8:30!  I'm listening to them scrape off the old roof, and praying that none of my prized possessions leave their perch.

I agree that it's distracting, and the snowflakes slow down flash games. It can't be me since I've updated my browser, adobe flash, and java.

I've finally finished her training. She's now a level 10, and the other stats are at 20. You would think a ten year old Xweetie Sweetie (my nickname for them) would have better stats. Can't wait for Xweetok Day!

Here is my new Xweetok, goldenyellowsunset. I adopted her Sunday, but it feels like I've always had her.

A few days ago, I adopted a beautiful yellow Xweetok. Her name is goldenyellowsunset, and she had some great stats when I got her. Naturally, I've been training her to get her stats to where they should be. I wish I knew how o post a picture of her.

I have been trying for at least a half-hour to log into Neopets, but the site refuses to load. I have tried different browsers, but no luck. Worse, I'm in the middle of a Faerie Quest Cookie! Can someone please help me?

A friend of mine suggested a Woodland Uni, Woodland Korbat, or Island Lupe. I'm staring at way too many options here. lol
