Huh, interesting. With the Vortex I've noticed that occasionally my pets are unable to catch anything even though it's been way over 12 hours (closer to 24, I generally only fish once a day) since I last visited, but I figured the timer just had some randomness to it. Either way, probably not the same issue since it doesn't happen all the time, and doesn't seem to be tied to a specific pet for me.

The outfit is nice, though I think the dentist headband thingy (not sure what the proper name for it is) would look better without the wig and the gloves ought to be layered under the sleeves.

Got my 2nd colour change in a row - yesterday TwoPlusTwo went from Yellow to Polka Dot and today to Ghost. Kinda hoping he'll end up as a Robot eventually, would be fitting with the mathematical name...

Very well deserved @rakshumi - particularly, kudos for making good use of the Sketch colour - I find that to be one of the hardest to customize!

Ahh, DST, that would explain it. From my experience, it tends to go something like: "Ah nuts, we got messed up by the DST bug again. We really need to fix that." "Eh, we've got a bunch of other high priority tasks in development, and this won't be an issue again until next year... let's put it on hold for now, we'll get to it before the next clock change." Fast forward twelve months, rinse and repeat.

So today at midnight I got the usual alert that Trudy's Surprise had reset, however when I go there it says "Come back tomorrow". I'm quite sure I didn't roll today as I put all my NP in the bank before midnight and all I have on hand is what I got from other dailies. Also the counters for bonus prizes are at 25 and 7 days, which can't be right because I know I had a streak going. Anyone else encountered this problem?

So I take it you're no longer a fan of Paul Burrell? But yes, unfortunately, it's not an option and AFAIK there are no plans to make it possible.
