They play around 300-600k on the TP, I bought my last one for 300k a while back, so some reasonable middle ground should get you a bite :)

You can always just wait for your side account to age properly. I have 5 accounts and 4 of them have labs (so yes it's perfectly allowed), so I only keep 1 side account with all permanent pets. The rest I have pets on to zap and adopt out.
 
Here's a chart to give you an idea of how many transfers you get:
 
0 - 23 months - 1 transfer
24 - 47 months - 2 transfers
48 - 71 months - 3 transfers
72 - 95 months - 4 transfers
96 - 119 months - 5 transfers
120-143 months - 6 transfers
144+ months - 7 transfers
 
You're very unlikely to zap a 'dream pet' every month, so I don't think you should worry about 1 transfer a month. I'd just go ahead and make a side account to zap on so you can save up and paint the pets you have on your main :)

No, I don't see why not? You've basically been sent an item and you're free to use it however you choose. Some people even borrow pets to defeat Battledome challengers, so no, this isn't cheating and it isn't a freezable offence.

I'm going to have to find him when I get home but I have this little baby Goofy toy that I have had with me ever since I remember. I really would run into a burning building to save him...
 
When I was little my dad travelled a lot for business and would be gone for months at a time. Every time he'd get back he would take me to the toy store to pick out something. I can't remember why I ever picked that little Goofy toy, because he just looked odd as a baby and only had one tooth! I was about 4 years old at the time and anyway, that's what he bought for me. Ever since then it's the stuffed toy I'd take with me on trips, vacations, and visiting my dad where he worked. That Goofy toy has been all over the world! He's been to 6 continents (Antarctica still eluded us) and has been my travel buddy for 20 years now :) (I secretly still stash him in my suitcase every time I go for a trip) I've moved to about 4 different countries by myself and he's been the only one to console me when I'm lonely.
 
To say I'm deeply attached to him is a terrible understatement. I'd never ever think of giving him away! And I think I've only ever washed him twice. He's a little gross.

There's a great website called Neodaq that's pretty much a comprehensive tool in managing stocks. If you're really serious about getting into stocks, I suggest checking it out :) They have a feature called a Report Card, which shows all the stocks, average time for them to rise and fall, and the highest they ever went, and how often they will go to a selling point of 45. They also grade the stocks from A-F in terms of the former criteria, so using their tool, it shows that KAUF, NATN, TNPT and TSRC are good stocks to invest in.

It really depends on which games you find easy. http://www.neopets.com/~joderi lists all the games and points needed to earn 1k a game. Quick 1k games depend on this month's ratio (which change on the 25th)
 
http://www.neopets.com/~jubbyjubjack is an excellent source because the creator of the page generally updates quickly following the ratio change, and gives a quick description of tricks to the game, so she basically takes into consideration ease and the time it takes to play. Alternatively, TDN's Dailies Page has a consolidation of fairly easy/quick games. All you have to do is pick the games you're good at and you'll be all set!
