I kind of wanted to participate in the latest Customization Contest, but I had been slacking off on Neopets lately, since 1) school projects and 2) Not much is happening lately. When I finally saw the latest theme, it was too late :P Oh well.
 
Anyway, I really want to share my idea for the Sky Full of Stars + Jubjub contest, so here you go:
 

 
I have to say, I don't like the round pets much, but if I had a Jubjub plus cash, this is definitely what I'm going to do!

So exciting!! I don't think I will be able to do too much this year, but GO GO Shenkuu!

I can't wait until the cup starts! I'm sooo excited. I remember every year I've played this, I'm so vamped up in the beginning and then just totally exhausted by the end but I love every moment of it.

So lately I've been re-reading Interview with the Vampire and I wondered if anyone else is an Anne Rice/Vampire Chronicles fan.
What are your favourite/least favourite books, characters? Opinions on the movie/stage/manga adaptations? Do you read vampire fiction in general or just the VC? How do you pronounce Lestat? :p
 
 
I adore the first three Vampire Chronicles novels (Interview, The Vampire Lestat and Queen of the Damned), I'm happy to read Tale of the Body Theif and some of the later other vampire stories (Blood and Gold, Vittorio the Vampire etc.) but I can't stand any of the main books past Memnoch, Blood Canticle is just 100 shades of awful.
 
My faveourite adaptation is the flawed but fantastic Lestat musical, I dare anyone to not get 'I want more' stuck in their heads :p. I really enjoy the Interview with the Vampire movie. The queen of the damned movie is an abomination and I like to pretend it doesn't exist (except for the sound track that my inner goth is quite fond of).
 
I've been taking Prince Lestat off the shelf in the bookshop and putting it back on so often I'm giving the shelf a free polishing, I just can't decide if the chance it'll be good is worth another potential butchering of our beloved brat prince.

So exciting!! I don't think I will be able to do too much this year, but GO GO Shenkuu!

I have Ghoul Catchers and had no idea this was a requirement. This is really concerning since your camera can be turned on without your knowledge by an outside party... I hardly ever play because the game is all glitchy and slow moving, but still!

There's something ironic about a dimensional pet being flat looking.

How about something simple like this? You could also use 'Sky Full of Stars' to make it even more 'starry' but I like the shade of blue in this background...

I have to say I'm finding this pretty hilarious. They've taken all our worst fears about them and plastered them all over Neo. This is AWESOME! And I have to say.... It could possible be... Helping me to... Likethemalittlemore. :)

As far as your art comment, I've been noticing the same thing since the change over in ownership. I find it a little disappointing, everything seems more cartoony, if that makes sense.

FRUIT CHIAS!!! I just LOVE the new theme, so creative!!! :D We're sure to get very interesting looks! :)

Hoyt has always dreamed of being a faerie ever since she was born. After she became a Fire Pteri, everyone told her she'd be a natural fire faerie! But Hoyt is gentle and patient, not quick-tempered like most fire faeries. Sure, she's good at pestering others but that only seems to come out in battle. Hoyt eventually accepted being a fire pet, but will find her way without being locked into the typical fire faerie stereotype. She is currently trying to learn spells so she can be the faerie she always dreamed of. :thumbsup:

JN and Sunnyneo has a pretty decent guide on finding MMe IDs. You can check the IDs while it's still in your cart in the NC mall. You can poogle the guide :)
