I wouldn't panic yet about your cookies. The downtime will be periodically for a few hours, but not all day throughout the time frame. So you should be able to get online and do your quest at the very least. :)
I'm rarely on Neopets these days anyways so the downtime won't be too disruptive for me. :)

Just more proof that they have NO idea what they are doing. I think they saw the colour and thought it would be an easy item to create because they could copy/paste the pre-made apple item onto a potion. That's it, honestly.

Due to the resignation of one of our staff members, the ALP has had to replace our Ghost Krawk & Huggy chain and our Pink! & Mazzew chain. We now have one totally new pet, and a change to a second pet.

Bluumiroo the Pink Krawk will now be lent out for the Ghost Krawk, Pink! and Mazzew avatars! Please remember that the Krawk chain has a minimum post count requirement of 150 posts.

We have, additionally, swapped out one of our Harris for a Huggy, which will be aged in mid-June. The pet it is attached to will continue to run for the color avatar it provides, but we will announce when the Huggy is officially re-aged for lending.

I would just like to point out that TNT is *not* violating your freedom of speech. Freedom of Speech prevents the government and other official regulatory bodies from censoring your speech, but does not affect the rules of private businesses.

When you create an account on Neopets you agree to their Terms of Service and Rules and Guidelines. Under these you agree to their limitations on your speech. They can't violate something that you have willingly given up when you agree to play on the site. ^^;

As for adult content on Neopets, I don't ever really see that happening due to their family-friendly image. Personally, I've never had much of an issue with the filters or warnings as I understand that there are other places I can go to discuss content that is not permitted on Neopets. Also, I hate chatting during Key Quest, so that's a moot point. I wish they'd remove that chat altogether.
