I don't think it should matter what computer you're on or anything like that. I've gotten it for my account from multiple different locations in the past. The only thing I could think of is are you sure you're checking the right email account? Otherwise maybe it is down at the moment.

Aww I'm so sorry. Rank 5 is definitely impressive in my opinion. You have to play quite a bit to get there. This is the reason why I sometimes hate the neoboards and try to stay away from them. There are definitely some great people on there but there are also some not so great people.
